Our son got married in wailea so there was 7 of us! Older adults, younger adults, & a 2 1/2yr old. 3seperate rooms plenty of space in each. Master suite is awesome with its own bathroom. Toilet has its own door. Great shower (be patient, it will get hot water...). There were 20 of us from the wedding party and while there were never 20 at the cond it became the place to meet and wind down in the evening. Easily 10-15 people have space to sit and chat between the kitch, dinning, living rm, deck! Everything you need is there from kitchen stuff to beach stuff. Paul is perfect to work with. No issues at all. Not on the water but easy drive to LOTS of beaches. Very quiet! Thank you Paul for offering this space!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Paul has a great property here. The common area is great with comfortable furniture and great finishes. The mattresses throughout are great and the complex was nice and quiet while we were there. Best of all, there was a great view from the lanai and plenty of room out there for the 6 of us. We'll definitely be back! My family thoroughly enjoyed this lovely condominium. The owners have gone to a great deal of trouble to make sure you have everything you need for a perfect vacation. Everything from a well equipped kitchen, high def TV, all new furnishings, large lanai, nothing has been left to chance. Great location with wonderful beaches, golf, restaurants, all within a 5 minute drive. We will never stay in a hotel again when we visit Maui and this condo will always be our first choice.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
