  My family and I stayed here the last week of March and we Will stay here again. The house was perfect. My kids loved every inch of the house especially the pool and game room. Kim was a huge help in making the reservation and was always available to answer questions. She made it simple to reserve! You do not want to miss out on staying here. Absolutely love the community, so quiet and peaceful. We also loved the town as it was away from all the tourism.

  Absolutely amazing villa, we've been lucky enough to stay in many villa's and this is one of the best. We were 2 families and the 2 masters were identical which was great for each couple, they were also huge. It was clean and well maintained, the booking process was simple and Kim had refunded our deposit before our flight home had even landed! There is really nothing I can fault this villa on. The facilities at both the villa and the clubhouse were great and there was plenty for the kids to to. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

  This house is why I never stay in a hotel while on vacation. It was beautiful, spacious and everything the ad said it would be! Booking with Kim was fast and friendly. The house is close to everything (publix within 10 minutes without getting on interstate, off I-4 all disney parks within a 25 to 30 minute drive as well as Orlando premium outlets). Our vacation was perfect and we would definitely recommend this house without hesitation! Christina M, PhD

  The house was excellent the property around was super quited and the golfing was great weather and food all you could ask for.Would rent again no problem.

  This is an outstanding property! The pictures online do not do this house justice. It is absolutely beautiful, clean, extremely roomy, and contains very comfortable bedding. The towels are plentiful and plush (something hard to find in most rentals). It is a little further out from the parks, but well worth the extra drive. The pool area was beautiful and very relaxing. The game room was great fun for all of us. The booking procedure, as well as, the follow up information, with Kim, was expediant and always friendly. She handled all questions concisely and never grew impatient with me. All in all this was a great experience and I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

  Everything was exactly as promised by Kim and as reflected by the photos on www.bellaholiday.com! Also, the whole renting, respectively, payment process went totally smoothly. We spent a great time in the house, in the pool and on the golf course :-) Everything was very clean and the house is fully equipped regarding entertainment (TV & DVD) and kitchen stuff. We had the great pleasure to meet Kim in person and are looking forward to coming back in 2013. As we are a familiy with two kids we naturally had to visit all the Disney Parks which are really not far away - 25-30 minutes driving. If you like Sushi there's a decent restaurant "Steak & Sushi" not too far away on 2700 Posner Boulevard, Davenport, FL 33837, exit # 57 from I-4. A more sophisticated Sushi restaurant is Zen @ Omni Orlando Resorts, 1500 Masters Blv, ChampionsGate, FL 33896.

  We just returned from a 4 day vacation at this beautiful Villa...Our family of 2 Adults and 5 kids had plenty of room to spread out! This was our first time with VRBO, and it honestly couldn't have been more perfect. The listing and pictures are exactly what we found when we arrived, it was a beautiful property and perfect in every way. Bella Holiday (Kim) was fantastic and was easily reached by email at all times. It was a quiet and we had lots of privacy as the home is does not have any neighbours on the street. I would definitely recommend this property and Bella Holiday to anyone...would love to go back!

  We absolutely loved this rental! It suited our families perfectly! The house was very clean and spacious for the kids to enjoy. They loved the pool and the game room was fun entertainment. We liked being away from the fast pace of Disney. Kim handled our rental process quickly. The two Master Suites were appreciated! We rented on recommendation of a friend who had stayed previously and we agreed with her satisfaction. The week flew by much too fast! We would definetely stay there again on another visit to the Orlando area.

  We spent six day at this property in the first part of August . We have rented before through VRBO and all the pictures look great but the homes were about 70% to 80% of what the pictures looked like. This house is the exception. It is exactly like the pictures on this site. Right down to the swans on the bed. Very clean property. It exceeded all of our needs. The pool was great. Extremely clean when we arrived. The amenities at the golf club and club house were first rate. You will like the gated community. We felt very safe walking around the community. Kim was very good to work with through the entire rental process. Everything was done in a timely manner. The paperwork was complete so when you drove up to the guardhouse for the first time, there wasn't any hassles. We feel we got our penny's worth at this property. We were about 15 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes from Universal Studios, about an hour from Tampa and the Kennedy Space Center. If you want a very reasonably priced house with no hassle, rent this house!!! When we go back to Orlando, we will rent this house again if it is available.

  My husband and I stayed here for a week. We both golf and after a day of golf there was nothing better than to relax by the pool and enjoy all the beautiful amenities this home had to offer. It was very clean and I would stay here again! The rooms were huge and the kitchen was perfect. We hated to leave.
