Savor great sunset views of the lake and golf course! Three bedroom, two bath, second floor, corner, coach house, Condominium boasting a spacious living room, separate dining area, family room, screened lanai, and two-car garage. It is located in the prestigious development, The Brooks.

Our condo home is a spacious 2661 square feet overlooking the 14th green, with eat-in kitchen and attached family room with TV and DVD, dining room which seats six, as well as a living room with queen size sofa bed and sliders to the lanai which is equipped with table, four chairs, and chaise lounge.

The master suite has a king bed, TV set, and separate private bath with tub, shower, and double sinks, as well as his and her walk-in closets. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the sizable third bedroom has twin beds and an adjoining bath. We are located within steps of the pool, where you will find a miniature kitchen, gas barbecue grill, restrooms, shelter, tables, chairs, and recliner.

Cooperleaf is a low-density members only golf club, where you are assured priority tee times. The golf course is picturesque and challenging with generous fairways. There are five sets of tees, from 4200 to 7200 yards enhancing both long and short games. The $500 golf membership allows you and your spouse to play for just $75 each. All carts are equipped with GPS. Your guests receive a preferred rate.

Also, you may enjoy the free practice facility featuring an over-sized putting and chipping area, aqua range with island-green targets, tennis courts, clubhouse swimming pool, as well as clubhouse dining and social events, including Bridge and Mah Jongg for the ladies.

Naples and Fort Myers airports are 15 minutes away, and beautiful beaches are nearby. Miramar Outlets and the upscale Promenade Shopping Center are just minutes away, as well as the Regal 12 Cinema. Captiva and Sanibel Islands are just a short drive.
