About: Kim and Brad Newberry fell in love with PEI over 10 years ago when they came for their first visit. They have returned numerous times over the years always finding time to relax on the beach or exploring the island. Finally they decided they would like a piece of PEI to call their own. They are pleased to offer Waters Edge for your family vacations. Kim and Brad have 3 Children who also love the island. They currently reside in Ontario but would like to eventually move permanently to PEI.
Why North Rustico:
We have always been attracted to the Village of North Rustico with its many fishing boats, abundant fresh seafood, wonderful village community and friendly people.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
When the tide is out we can walk along the shoreline toward the village and collect clams for a feast. There is a great deep sea charter within a 2 minute walk along with a small restaurant. The fire pit is fun to use on a cool summer night. There is a terrific bakery, ice cream store, jam and chocolate store, as well as toy store close by.
