Our family stayed in this beachfront townhouse in late April. The home is well-maintained and clean. It looks like they did some renovations and all the furniture looks new too. It's very nicely decorated. We loved the fact that the house had two king master suites. This was great for us and the other couple we stayed with. The best part is that the house is directly on the beach so you walk out the back door and your feet are in the sand. It was so convenient and we had beautiful views. We spent every afernoon and evening having cocktails and dinners on the deck with the ocean breeze and the lovely view. It's also very convenient to shops like the Sandestin outlets and the Destin Commons. There is an Alvin's Island shop right across the street if you need to get a last minute item like a cooler or a towel. And you can also walk to Pompano Joe's a beachfront seafood restaurant with a walkup bar on the beach.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Five mothers took their seven teenagers to Destin for their senior trip from South Carolina. Wow what a wonderful experience. We had the entire 3 story unit and it worked out great. The teenagers had their own area downstairs and the moms stayed upstairs. It was the perfect arrangement. The facility is clean and right on the beach. The unit is centrally located to most restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and activities. We had a fabulous stay! Thanks so much.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Booking are Saturday to Saturday minimum unless preapproved for a shorter stay. Bed tax adds to 12% and we charge $150 for cleaning.

Cancellation policy:
Our refund policy is on our website. Full refund if cancelled 45 days prior. We keep deposit if cancelled less than 45 days prior to 31 days. Full amount kept if cancelled 30 days or less unless we can rebook for full amount. In lieu of damage and pet deposit we keep your credit card on file. If there are any damages we will contact you within 48 hours after check out with itemization. Then we will charge the card on file. If there is extra pet hair or any pet smell or damage we will charge extra for clean up for pet fee. There is a helpful framed sheet in the kitchen of this unit which will give you helpful information and numbers. Trash days are Monday and Thursday. Have the trash can behind the car the night before. There is room for 2 CARS ONLY. Please park directly in front of unit 8. There is more parking at Pompano Joes but we do not own these.
