  We loved the views and the cottage was quite homey. The Kitchen was well stocked. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back. There was a stain in the carpet in front of the slider door when we got there. Other that that it was great. Thanks Patty & Ken Christensen

  We loved Riversea! What a relaxing, romantic stay. Great view, comfortable lodgings, great location for touring Sonoma County and Russian River Valley wine country. We will definitely recommend this spot to friends. Thanks for a great vacation!

  Have just returned from our third stay at River Sea Cottage in Jenner. Booking was handled pleasantly and efficiently through Jenner Vacation Rentals. Great location, within easy walking distance down to the river or out to Rivers End restaurant, which is worth a visit. This small house has everything one needs for a great getaway. Everything was squeaky clean upon our arrival. Linens are now included and were of good quality. Just needed to bring beach towels for the hot tub. The place is nicely appointed with a gas stove/heater (which works efficiently off a thermostat), small flat screen TV, CD player with i-pod docking station, a very well equipped kitchen, plus an expansive deck with wonderful views of both the river and the sea (great views from inside the house as well). Wooden table and padded chairs on the deck, as well as a gas grill and a sheltered hot tub were you can soak away all woes while looking up at the moon and stars, while listening to the surf pounding on the beach in the distance. Also nice during the day, when you can watch the birds soaring overhead. They place is pet friendly so our dog was very happy to be able to join us. A dog sleeping pad and some milk-bone treats were thoughtfully provided. We brought covers for the couch and beds as our spoiled dog is accustomed to being on the furniture. To the south side of Goat Rock is Blind Beach with is dog friendly (with leash). A short drive up the coast we really enjoyed visiting the newish tasting room for Fort Ross winery. Excellent wines (for a tasting fee of $15 pp), magnificent setting back up in the redwoods with views out to the sea and south all the way to Point Reyes. Great spot for a picnic. But mostly we enjoyed just sitting at the table and enjoying the view with a glass of wine and a game of some sort, sitting on the deck reading, with some nice music on the CD player, napping and just basically relaxing and recharging. No cell phone service was a plus for us! Looking forward to returning again and again!

  There were heavy winter storms this weekend, but it was a perfect place to stay near the coast during them (the roads were iffy getting in from Sonoma due to heavy rain). The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. The hot tub worked perfectly and feels very private. The wrap around deck covers the entire view and the sunsets are amazing.

  My sister & I stayed in this wonderful cottage for our annual getaway. The view couldn't be beat and the hot tub was so relaxing. There was everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Will stay here again. We managed to have nice weather during the daytime and rain at night. Great beach access at Goat Rock.

  Wonderful views from a great location. We enjoyed our stay and will do it again - hopefully for a longer time. No mobile device and no internet - an awesome experience once we kicked withdrawal symptoms!

  My wife and I were looking for a very quiet weekend getaway and we got it in abundance at the River Sea. The house was ideally located, very cozy and had all the amenities that we needed for our stay including the Hot Tub that was just amazing. We would definitely want to come back and would recommend it to our friends.

  7 nites/8 days of Heaven. Heavenly View, Heavenly Home, Heavenly Time in Jenner! This house shows pride of ownership! I struggle to say just how much we liked this house! The view is amazing, the house cute and comfortable. Well equipped to say the least. The deck is spacious, perfect for morning coffee, meals, or just to take in the view. The hot tub at night is a perfect way to end a day. How many times did we say "this view is beautiful". Countless! I highly recommend this property. Ok the facts- house is perfect for a young family, or 4 adults. House is small but not cramped at all. The deck is spacious equipped with table & 4 chairs and 2 extra size chairs. Full size gas grill. Home is close to beaches- Goat Rock & Blind Beach is 5 minutes away. From there just keep driving south and check out all the other beaches. Kayaking is super close, you could walk if you wanted to (steep road, but do-able). Gift shop, gas station with mini mart, & cafe just down the road. Fine dining restaurant 5 minutes away. Really a great location for everything!

  The River Sea was the perfect spot for our romantic weekend getaway. During the evenings we warmed our hands by the cute heater, and in the mornings woke up to a warm glow that filled the house. Great views, great location, and an outside spa overlooking the water.
