Unscathed by Hurricane Sandy, we our fortunate to offer our beachfront property for rental during the 2013 season. Ideally situated between Ocean City Maryland and Bethany Beach, our spacious beach home is a great place for a family gathering or a quiet off-season getaway. It is one of eight townhouse units on the ocean side of a narrow land bridge just north of downtown Fenwick Island and the State Seashore Park. Our unit has three levels with plenty of covered parking on the ground level, which also offers a convenient outdoor shower after your day on the beach.
The main level living area has an enormous den with a wall of windows for gazing at the ocean, a fully equipped kitchen, a large deck with patio furniture, and sweeping views of the Atlantic. (If you visit during the colder months, take advantage of our cozy fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa!) Two bedrooms are on the second floor. Each bedroom opens to a private balcony with either a relaxing bay view or a vast view of the ocean. A sleeping loft, with its own private ocean-view balcony, is on the top floor. It sleeps up to six people comfortably.
Rent a bike and ride into downtown Fenwick Island for great seafood, fun cocktails, beach shopping, putt putt courses, and so much more.
Exceptional golf courses, world-class sailing, East-Coast surfing, and incredible fishing are right outside your door.
We love our place and hope you will enjoy it just as much as we do!
