This condominium, located 1.7 miles east of Perdido Pass and less than one-half mile from the Florida state line, was completed in April, 2002 and is one of the most luxurious facilities in the Orange Beach / Gulf Shores area of Alabama's beautiful Gulf Coast.

Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Gulf and sugar white sand beach from a large private balcony complete with lounge chairs, love seat glider and outdoor dining set. The view from the front door is equally stunning - Ono Island, Perdido Bay and beautiful homes in a gated community along the intercoastal waterway.

Our 6th floor Unit has 1330 sq. ft. 2 bedrooms & 2.5 baths, king-queen-twin beds plus sleeper sofa, upgrades throughout, 9 ft. ceilings with crown molding, tile, area rugs, carpeted bedrooms, granite counter tops, with beautiful and colorful furnishings.
