  It was great to be away from the crowds, hustle and bustle of Kailua-Kona, but still close enough to get there easily and close to many great beaches. We enjoyed watching the turkeys on the golf course and the wonderful views; breezes kept it refreshingly cool and helped dry our wet snorkeling clothes. Overall it was roomy, clean, tastefully decorated (IMO) and provided everything we needed at a fabulous price. Mahalo, Ali!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We had a WONDERFUL time! Your condo was lovely and decorated so nicely, and we walked on the golf course every day. The breeze really helped me adapt with the warm weather coming from Alaska! Loved the little baby turkeys too! And had quite a few laughs sitting on the lanai watching golfers curse and one even threw his club, HA!

  My husband and I enjoyed 5 fabulous days in this spacious, nicely decorated and furnished unit. We had acess to both bedrooms, since we had a visiting couple one evening, and it was great to have separate space; cozy bed linens,comfy beds, and two bathrooms! Owner directions for access were complete and the gated community was quiet and secure. We arrived after dark and were awed by the starry sky in the clear, pure air. We saw two shoorting stars while gazing at Mauna Kea within minutes of our arrival. The views from the two lanais are incredible. The kitchen was well-appointed, so we lacked nothing for cooking and eating in; also has a washer-dryer for keeping clothes clean. Waikoloa is centrally located, making easy sightseeing and beach-going days. We visited Puako (sea turtles), Lapakahi State Park (awesome snorkeling and a whale!), Hawi - Polulu, Waipio, Mauna Kea Observatory, and Hapuna Beach. The nearby shopping center has everything you need. Highly recommended.

  Our group consisted of two couples traveling together, and this condo suited us very well. It's as nice as it looks in the photos - with even a few more creature comforts & amenities. It was clean, well-maintained, obviously cared-for, and well-appointed (lots of towels, kitchen gadgets, etc.) Everyone got good nights' sleep on the comfy beds, too. Also, it was particularly nice having two full bathrooms. Though our group did not take advantage of all the complex has to offer (golf, tennis, pool), the condo's location was great for our daily trips to area beaches for some of the best snorkeling anywhere. The village has a nice assortment of shops - including a well-stocked grocery store - and places to eat... And every local we met was friendly. Thanks for a great stay.

  Hi Ali, Just wanted you to know how much we enjoyed our stay on the Big Island. Thought the condos comfortable and well equipped, especially enjoyed views from N201 and certainly the price was right! We appreciated you having the housekeeper bring over the gate pass when we moved into I107 on Tuesday. Thank you for providing for an affordable Hawaii vacation! Lou

  The condo was very comfortable and beautifully decorated…you have great taste! We really appreciated having so many towels for the bath and beach, the hairdryer, and enjoyed the comfy sofa, comfy beds and lovely linens. I also wanted to thank you for thinking of the high style of chair for the balcony..brilliant. Thank you for having beach chairs and a cooler available too. We also appreciated all the extra space in the bathrooms to store things.

  Stayed here for a week and did not want to leave. Very quiet, private location. Gorgeous views over the golf course and up the entire kohala coast to Maui.. We watched the sun sink into the ocean every night. We will def. return.. great value and convenient location to every thing. So much cooler and than staying down at the beach. thank you for an incredible vaction...
