This beachfront oasis rests on the private and secluded St. Teresa Beach. St Teresa is three miles of sprawling sugar sand on one of Florida’s thirty-seven aquatic preserves. This is truly one of the few, unspoiled remaining hidden gems on Florida’s developing Gulf Coast!
The Gulf is just steps away from this spectacular, brick, 3 story, custom-built home. The spacious 3,000 square foot heated and cooled living area also boasts over 1,100 square feet of outside beach viewing porches and decks.
The first floor consist of the first of two kitchens, a family room with eating area, 3 bedrooms (1. master bedroom with king, 2. queen and daybed with trundle, 3. bunk bed and daybed with trundle), along with 2.5 baths, and a private outdoor shower. Two of the bedrooms overlook the gulf and open to a full width screened porch with rocking chairs and ping-pong table.
The second floor, the main living area with Brazilian cherry floors and white-washed cathedral ceiling, exhibits an expansive great room which includes a spacious kitchen, family dining, and living room. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large central island with seating for five. The family dining room seats ten guests. The living room has an oversized bay window with a custom couch and chairs. Off the great room is another half bath with terracotta sink. The second floor master bedroom has a king bed and sitting area. The master bathroom has separate his and her vanities, an enclosed toilet area, an inside shower, and a private outside shower overlooking the gulf. The second floor also has a cathedral porch with outside viewing dining.
The third floor includes the fifth bedroom with a day bed and trundle and a full bath. There is a majestic outside viewing and sunning deck too.
This unique beach escape has been enjoyed by our family and friends. We now invite you to create your own lifetime memories here at St. Teresa Beach.

This property is the BEST house on St. Teresa Beach. We are 2 families with 3 children each. Our oldest child in each family is a freshman at FSU. This house accomodated us comfortably and enabled us to be gracious hosts to the guests we entertained from campus. The home is well stocked, the rooms are sunny, bright, and clean, and the views from both screened porches are spectacular. I personally loved the outdoor showers. We look forward to a return visit. GO 'NOLES!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

We had a wonderful time in your fantastic beach house. Everyone from grandma, college students and toddler enjoyed the stay. I wish you could had heard all the accolades as my family and I walked through the house for the first time! There's a patio on all 3 floors to relax gazing at the gulf. It certainly has all you 'll need for a great vacation.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

This stunning beachfront home is everything promised in the description and more. The property was perfectly clean and has been well-maintained. In fact, it was as if we were the first guests to have ever stayed there. The stars at night are so plentiful that I imagined we saw more on a clear evening than we'd even see at a planetarium. The shallow beaches were perfect for our six-year-old and allowed all of the children to see a lot of wildlife in general. I cannot imagine a more perfect beach vacation.Recommended for: Families with young children.

This is a beautiful home and perfect for our group of 11 (6 adults and 5 teens). The owner is very accommodating in every possible way. Franklin County is beautiful. We explored from Apalachicola to Alligator Point and loved the slow pace of the area. The fresh seafood is abundant and delicious. The house is just as described, perhaps even better. The large kitchen and great room was perfect. Having a second kitchen on the bottom level is huge plus for our group. We saw dolphins and hundreds of beautiful birds. There are dozens of sand crabs and hermit crabs on this natural unspoiled beach. The large covered porches with dining table, chairs, and many rocking chairs (all made of substantial teak) made the porch the place to be. My elderly dad spent most of the vacation on the porch with his binoculars checking out the beach activity. Don't miss an excursion to Wakulla Springs State Park about 30 mins away. It is an AMAZING natural wonder. Take the boat ride and enjoy lunch in the beautiful but casual hotel lodge restaurant. It is a great outing for all ages from children and seniors.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a great time staying in St Teresa! This house is beautiful and very well built. We arrived with tropical storm Debby and had some rough weather for a few days, but felt very safe in this home. The games and movies available for the kids worked out great during the storm. Once the sun came out the beach is beautiful with all the nature around. Fishing from the pier was great! We had our family photos taken on the beach and with the trees and ocen they turned out great! Thank you Scott for being there and sending us weather updates and checking on us we had a blast and would love to come back.Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

This is the 2nd time my entire family has rented this wonderful beach house. It is perfect for multiple families. The large kitchen and dining area brings everyone together for meals, and the sepearate bedrooms and bathrooms allow everyone to have their own space too. And I love the open porches with a wonderful view of the beach and the stars at night. We had such a great time! I grew up going to St. Teresa every summer with my family and it is so nice that we all are able to come back together with all the spouses and kids and enjoy this special beach. Scott was so easy to work with and really made our stay stressfree - just like a vacation should be! We are already planning our next trip back!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

After searching VRBO many hours for a place we could go on the Gulf with our four grandchildren and their parents I found this listing. It looked like it would be perfect for what my wife and I were looking for. The house is beautifull, secluded, spacious and close to the water. We had 7 adults, two teenage girls and 3 little ones ages 4, 3, and 2. We mainly wanted a place to relax and let the little ones play in the water. The water is very shallow at low tide with a big sand bar area. So it was easy to get the youngsters in and get them playing. They had a ball. The house had a really nice Master Bedroom on the second level which the wife and I claimed of course. There was plenty of room for the rest above and below.( Although there were three bedrooms below two of them are better suited for kids). The third level bedroom is very nice for a couple and has the best views of all. My wife loved the kithchen on the second level and we could all fit around the table for meals. We all did our own thing and every one liked the laid back atmosphere in that area. Scott was very pleasant to deal with and even bought a Chess game as I had enquired if there was one there. About the only bad thing I can say is that we didn't get to stay long enough. One week away from the daily grind did us all good and we would highly recommend this getaway.Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

My eldest son recently graduated from FSU and the need existed to invite and house 14 family members to make the journey to the Panhandle. The house was absolutely AWESOME and the three floors and separate sleeping quarters allowed us all to be together while allowing everyone to have their privacy. It was a family reunion that was scheduled as a graduation. You will definately love the house, the views, the private beach, great golf courses, and fishing options. For you seafood lovers, you will be in heaven whether you eat at one of the local restaurants or choose to buy it and bring it home. The ONLY thing that we regretted was that the time ran out and we had to go home! Scott and Ann provided A+ customer service and THANKS for the opportunity to stay at your beautiful rental home.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

I just came back from a golf vacation with eight other friends in the St Teresa area. We rented this beautiful home and we could not be more please. the house was awesome, spacious and just perfect for our group. The house was nicely appointed, had everything we needed and it was very clean. I have to say that everything that the listing said was true. We had a great time and would most definitely come back and rent this home again.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
