This property is the BEST house on St. Teresa Beach. We are 2 families with 3 children each. Our oldest child in each family is a freshman at FSU. This house accomodated us comfortably and enabled us to be gracious hosts to the guests we entertained from campus. The home is well stocked, the rooms are sunny, bright, and clean, and the views from both screened porches are spectacular. I personally loved the outdoor showers. We look forward to a return visit. GO 'NOLES!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We had a wonderful time in your fantastic beach house. Everyone from grandma, college students and toddler enjoyed the stay. I wish you could had heard all the accolades as my family and I walked through the house for the first time! There's a patio on all 3 floors to relax gazing at the gulf. It certainly has all you 'll need for a great vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This stunning beachfront home is everything promised in the description and more. The property was perfectly clean and has been well-maintained. In fact, it was as if we were the first guests to have ever stayed there. The stars at night are so plentiful that I imagined we saw more on a clear evening than we'd even see at a planetarium. The shallow beaches were perfect for our six-year-old and allowed all of the children to see a lot of wildlife in general. I cannot imagine a more perfect beach vacation.Recommended for: Families with young children

This is a beautiful home and perfect for our group of 11 (6 adults and 5 teens). The owner is very accommodating in every possible way. Franklin County is beautiful. We explored from Apalachicola to Alligator Point and loved the slow pace of the area. The fresh seafood is abundant and delicious. The house is just as described, perhaps even better. The large kitchen and great room was perfect. Having a second kitchen on the bottom level is huge plus for our group. We saw dolphins and hundreds of beautiful birds. There are dozens of sand crabs and hermit crabs on this natural unspoiled beach. The large covered porches with dining table, chairs, and many rocking chairs (all made of substantial teak) made the porch the place to be. My elderly dad spent most of the vacation on the porch with his binoculars checking out the beach activity. Don't miss an excursion to Wakulla Springs State Park about 30 mins away. It is an AMAZING natural wonder. Take the boat ride and enjoy lunch in the beautiful but casual hotel lodge restaurant. It is a great outing for all ages from children and seniors.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a great time staying in St Teresa! This house is beautiful and very well built. We arrived with tropical storm Debby and had some rough weather for a few days, but felt very safe in this home. The games and movies available for the kids worked out great during the storm. Once the sun came out the beach is beautiful with all the nature around. Fishing from the pier was great! We had our family photos taken on the beach and with the trees and ocen they turned out great! Thank you Scott for being there and sending us weather updates and checking on us we had a blast and would love to come back.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is the 2nd time my entire family has rented this wonderful beach house. It is perfect for multiple families. The large kitchen and dining area brings everyone together for meals, and the sepearate bedrooms and bathrooms allow everyone to have their own space too. And I love the open porches with a wonderful view of the beach and the stars at night. We had such a great time! I grew up going to St. Teresa every summer with my family and it is so nice that we all are able to come back together with all the spouses and kids and enjoy this special beach. Scott was so easy to work with and really made our stay stressfree - just like a vacation should be! We are already planning our next trip back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

After searching VRBO many hours for a place we could go on the Gulf with our four grandchildren and their parents I found this listing. It looked like it would be perfect for what my wife and I were looking for. The house is beautifull, secluded, spacious and close to the water. We had 7 adults, two teenage girls and 3 little ones ages 4, 3, and 2. We mainly wanted a place to relax and let the little ones play in the water. The water is very shallow at low tide with a big sand bar area. So it was easy to get the youngsters in and get them playing. They had a ball. The house had a really nice Master Bedroom on the second level which the wife and I claimed of course. There was plenty of room for the rest above and below.( Although there were three bedrooms below two of them are better suited for kids). The third level bedroom is very nice for a couple and has the best views of all. My wife loved the kithchen on the second level and we could all fit around the table for meals. We all did our own thing and every one liked the laid back atmosphere in that area. Scott was very pleasant to deal with and even bought a Chess game as I had enquired if there was one there. About the only bad thing I can say is that we didn't get to stay long enough. One week away from the daily grind did us all good and we would highly recommend this getaway.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.

My eldest son recently graduated from FSU and the need existed to invite and house 14 family members to make the journey to the Panhandle. The house was absolutely AWESOME and the three floors and separate sleeping quarters allowed us all to be together while allowing everyone to have their privacy. It was a family reunion that was scheduled as a graduation. You will definately love the house, the views, the private beach, great golf courses, and fishing options. For you seafood lovers, you will be in heaven whether you eat at one of the local restaurants or choose to buy it and bring it home. The ONLY thing that we regretted was that the time ran out and we had to go home! Scott and Ann provided A+ customer service and THANKS for the opportunity to stay at your beautiful rental home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

I just came back from a golf vacation with eight other friends in the St Teresa area. We rented this beautiful home and we could not be more please. the house was awesome, spacious and just perfect for our group. The house was nicely appointed, had everything we needed and it was very clean. I have to say that everything that the listing said was true. We had a great time and would most definitely come back and rent this home again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We just recently stayed at this beautiful 3 story beach home. We stayed with another family and had plenty of room. The house is in great condition and very clean. The property is right on the beach. Our kids had so much fun running out to the beach and playing ping-pong on the porch. All of the people that stayed with us were very impressed with this house. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a beautiful home to rent right on the beach. We will definately be returning. Can't wait!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Thank you Scott and Ann for this outstanding vacation. The house and location and amenities all surpassed my expectations. The view is mesmerizing and I can truly say that the hardest part of my vacation was pulling myself out of the front porch rocker. I would recommend making a day trip to the charming fishing village of Apalachicola. Wonderful restaurants, lovely galleries, shopping, etc. This home, for all its grandeur, is at its heart a comfortable cozy seaside family home. I would recommend it with no hesitation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had a wonderful time at St. Teresa. Scott was super to work with and very accommodating. The home is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room (we had 3 families) and furnishings for a larger group. The beach is quiet and very private, which was perfect for our small children. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation. We will be back!Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing.

Thank you Scott for sharing this beach house! The house was spacious, clean, had beautiful views, and provided everything we could possibly need. We felt at home in your house! We loved the quiet beach with soft white sand. We probably saw no more than 15 people a day on the beach. The kids especially enjoyed the sand bars (their "islands") that were exposed during parts of the day. We bought fresh fish from My Way Seafood (wonderful fish with good prices) and prepared most of our meals at the house in the very well equipped kitchen. We went on vacation to relax on a nice quiet beach and found exactly what we were looking for. We only ventured out a couple of times, once to St. George State Park beach, and once to Apalachicola where we ate at Boss Oyster (very good). Thank you Scott for being so helpful!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a memorable family vacation - and it all started with this house. First, the essential stuff: the listing description was actually lacking in identifying all the great features offered; photos don't do it justice; property was very clean and is well-maintained; owner response to questions couldn't be better; would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone who wants a quiet, family-oriented place to stay. Now, the "rest-of-the-story". This property is ideally located if you want seclusion. It's beautiful, well designed, well kept and, basically, first-class. It had something for everyone in our party-direct access to the beach, a dock nearby to fish off of, wild life to watch (the dolphins actually put on a show one night jumping high out of the water, doing spins, etc.), beautiful views, and more. Well equipped kitchens, even for large family meals (we had 14 staying at the house). We went deep sea fishing in St Joe (about an hour away) and had a blast - came 'home' and cooked red snapper on the grill. It doesn't get much better than that. A short drive of 15-20 minutes will bring you to the nearest supermarket in case you need to get something you forgot to bring. All in all, we are already planning next year's vacation and will be contacting Scott soon to arrange it. Thanks again Scott - you set a high standard for others to meet.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! The house was everything you promised and more. The layout of the home worked out great for us. We loved the fact that everyone had their own space but my favorite part of the home was the view. Waking up in the morning and being able to watch the dolphins while we had our breakfast was priceless. It was great to be at the house, taking our time and not feel like we were missing anything. Translation ... GREAT VACATION!! WE WILL BE BACK!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

First of all Scott made sure everything went smoothly from our first conversation! Arriving at the house after an 18 hour drive and walking into such a beautiful home made the long drive worthwhile! Located right on the gulf! We spent every morning watching the dolphins swim past. Went fishing off the peer located a short walk down the beach, and played ping pong right on the screened in porch. I even learned how to make a crab boil. The house is huge and much nicer then the pictures! There was 6 of us and all had amazing views from the bedrooms. The 2 outside showers were refreshing after being on the beach all day. The kitchen was well stocked and except for maybe another coffee maker in the downstairs kitchen you won't want for anything and trust me I did a lot of cooking. Thanks so much Scott for sharing your home!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
Owner response: Hey Andreaj, Thank you for the nice compliment. Glad you and your family had such a great time. Hope you come visit again and I will make sure there is a coffee pot downstairs.....LOL
