If you are looking for a beautifully updated, nicely furnished, well-equipped, one bedroom condo on Maui, this is the place to go. After arriving, we received a call from the owner to make sure everything was OK. We have stayed in many different units at Kamaole Sands and this is one of the best. The photos and written description show and tell it like it is. In addition, Kamaole Sands has manicured grounds, well-maintained pool and barbecue areas, and close proximity to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. A great unit in a great location.

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This was our first trip to Maui, and would definately go back. The weather was awesome, and there was so much to see and do. Our accomodations were excellent, centrally located accross from the beach, and within walking distance to all amenities. The complex was beautiful, and very well kept. Our unit was even nicer than the pictures and had a wonderful view of the ocean. I would definately recommend this complex & unit to friends and family.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

My husband and I recently returned home from a wonderful vacation in kihei. This was our first time to Maui and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I would consider the two most important factors to any happy tropical vacation to be the weather and accommodations. Our weather was superb and our accommodations were top shelf! The suite looks identical to the pics provided. It was well stocked, kitchen, linens and even comfortable beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. Suite 305 was impeccably clean and we felt it was our home away from home as soon as our suitcases hit the floor. The owner of this suite, Rita, really cares about her renters and it shows. From the informative magazine about Maui we received in the mail months before our departure date, to the phone call she made to us while in Kehei to check in and make sure everything was OK with the suite. Amazing customer service! We highly recommend Rita's suite to anyone who is looking for worry free accommodations. Thanks Rita for your wonderful suite.......we will be back!

Rita, Our stay at 10-305 was fabulous. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. All the comforts of home and more. We enjoyed relaxing with a glass of wine on the Lanai. Looking forward to booking again and have recommended your place to friends and family. Mahalo

The location was ideal. A sandy beach is just across the street. The really large balcony was shaded and we spent most of our time there. The owner was wonderful to deal with and was genuinely interested in our comfort, from the brochures mailed to us prior our visit, to the phone call when we arrived. Everything was there just like at home. The condo was extremely clean, well stocked, quality furniture, showing pride of ownership. We will definitely return. Mahalo Rita

My wife was celebrating her 50th birthday and the family decided to have a party in Maui. We were extremely pleased with all aspects of our stay and would highly recommend Rita’s condo to anyone wanting to visit Maui. The view from the lanai was breathtaking, it was our favorite place to eat breakfast and watch the sunset. The resort has a Mai Tai party and after that we would return to the condo and sit on the lanai to watch the ocean waves. It is such a tranquil spot. The location couldn't have been better, it is a 3 minute walk to the beach, a grocery store is just down the street and the island has hundreds of ABC store (variety store). Did I mention the beach – the beach was fabulous and you can hear the waves crashing the shore line for the lanai. The free parking was definitely a convenience and close to the elevator. Having a well stocked kitchen was really the icing on the cake for us. She had more in there then we did at home. The furniture was all new and tastefully decorated. All of this wouldn’t have felt as perfect as it did if it wasn’t for the owner being such a pleasure to deal with. She quickly email us after our inquiry so we could benefit from the airline seat sale, she quickly answered all our questions, she sent us a Maui tourist book and Rita even call the day after we arrived to make sure everything was in order and clean upon our arrival. Now that is service!! We will definitely stay here again and look forward to planning our next trip to the beautiful island of Maui...Mahalo nui loa for your hospitality Rita!

My husband and I are on our honeymoon and could not have asked for a better place to stay. We think this whole place is beautiful, from the gardens & fountains to the pool and jacuzzi to this beautiful condo. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will recommend this place to our friends. Our stay in Maui has been an awesome week I truly recommend the road to Hana, it is breathtaking, also the Molokini snorkel tour and the sunset dinner cruise these are great adventures. The best place for souvenirs is a placed called the Happy Hawaiian. We hope to come back in a few years maybe for an anniversary. Mahalo

How do I say this...this condo...rocks! I'm so glad we stayed here; it's been absolutely AWESOME. The view is great, being able to walk across the street and be at the beach is also great...and I like that we didn't have to buy paper plates, plastic ware, etc. Thanks! Also, we discovered a place called Three's Bar and Grill right down the road that serves the BEST breakfast and it was reasonably priced...glad we didn't waste our time at Denny's. (happyface) We live on Oahu so we definitely plan on returning and staying here again at 10-305. This trip had been extremely satisfying and I definitely plan on recommending this condo to friends in Oahu who will be visiting Maui (and I'm posting a picture of this place on facebook).

Rita, your condo was PERFECT!! We felt very much at home during our stay. It was close to everything and the view was wonderful. The listing description was everything you stated and more. We have been coming to Maui for over 20 years and been staying at the Kamaole Sands. Your condo has to be the nicest condo we have stayed in. It is well equiped with dishes, glasses, pots and pans etc. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The view from the lanai is wonderful as you have a ocean view. We would definitely recommend your condo to any of our friends and family. It was a very enjoyable stay and would rent again in the future.

Sarah and I had a wonderful time here in Maui for our honeymoon. We had a wonderful time surfing, hiking, sightseeing, scuba diving, cycling (up and then down Haleakala) and relaxing. The condo was a wonderful base for lots of activities. We loved heading to the beach for a sunset swim. We also loved the pineapples, avocados, papayas and passion fruit that we could get at the local vendors. We plan to come back to Maui as soon as we can. We look forward to staying here again. The condo was absolutely wonderful. All the creative comforts of home plus many more. This was our first experience in Hawaii, it surpassed all our expectations. Rita, It was fabulous! We left our golf clubs at home and just enjoyed Hawaii. Coffee on the lanai at 6:30, good 1 -1.5 hour walk, read the paper, and then the big decision pool or beach! We didn’t use the AC as you were right the breezes were pretty efficient. Love the kitchen and bathroom, wonderful sheets on the beds, and of course the big screen for baseball, hockey and football games. I am not sure what you pay for HOA but the grounds we very well kept, office staff great, and the BBQs always clean. It was tough to get on the plane to come home!

Aloha Rita, thank you for sharing your condo with us. It was the best one we stayed in. The renovations were that of a luxury home, it was very clean, you had all the necessities we needed and what a view from the lanai. We loved sitting on the lanai with our Mai Tai and just watching. It was the best vacation we ever had and that’s saying a lot because we love to travel. We will never stay in another unit when we return next year. See you soon.
