Our condo is in an ideal location in the heart of Park City. The location is a short walk to historic Main Street and steps to Park City Mountain Resort. Across the street is a park with a fantastic kid's play area, tennis courts and jogging path--all a short walk to all the restaurants, shops and fun of historic Main Street and Park Avenue.
The condo is warm and inviting with a spacious, open floor plan, large hearth fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, balcony, garage parking and more. The condo is professionally decorated with local Park City mountain and town photos and artwork. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new stainless steel refrigerator and new stainless steel electric smooth top range as well all new small appliances like coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, etc. Take advantage of the wet bar to chill a bottle of wine or create your own margarita after a long day of skiing or hiking. Each bedroom has a queen bed along with a flat panel TV. The master bedroom is very large and beautifully decorated--you can sleep peacefully on your tempurpedic mattress. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed as well. All linens and towels are soft with high thread count. The living area has two pull out beds - one single and one double. Great for those late nighters who want to stay up late and catch up on movies.
We offer free internet access and an i-pod docking station along with board games and videos.
Where else can you actually be skiing an hour after you land at the airport? Park City is only 35 minutes from the Salt Lake City airport and offers so much. Famous for Sundance and the greatest snow--Park City offers 3 major ski resorts within a few miles and others close by as well and a town rich in culture, arts, shopping and fine dining and casual restaurants. You can't beat our location right in town--walk to the slopes, grocery store, movie theaters, restaurants, Starbucks, shopping, golfing and more...

Park City is well known for its skiing and winter activities, but the summer is equally as beautiful with even more activities to offer. The summer and fall months are actually some of the best months to visit Park City. Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. Lisa and Mike were extremely accommodating - sending suggestions for local restaurants, where to get lift tickets and rentals, sent Groupon deals that could be of interest, and were very prompt in replying to any questions/requests we had before, during, and after our trip. The condo itself was decorated very well and great location. There was 6 of us staying for 3 nights and we all were able to spread out comfortably. It's about a 5 minute walk to Park City Mountain Resort, just by crossing a parking lot. We took a cab to the downtown strip, unbeknownst to us how close it was to the end of the strip. The walk home was maybe another 10 minutes, so also very close. All in all, we couldn't have had a better experience on this trip and have to thank Lisa and Mike for how much they assisted in this! We can't wait to stay again next year!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this condo and I'm sure it won't be the last! It is very clean and comfortable and Lisa is great to work with. It is within walking distance to Main Street and very close to a town bus stop if you don't want to walk. There is a park VERY close by that is great for kids. The condo is exactly as described in the listing and I highly recommend it!Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

We rented Lisa's condo for 3 nights over the Sundance Film Festival (Jan 24th - Jan 27th). The place is in a great location (near a bus stop) and walkable to Park City Resort, a near by grocery store, Starbucks...and, if you are up for a little longer walk, Main Street. The place was clean and cozy and fit us well (there were 3 of us staying there on a girl's trip). We had fun hanging out in the living room by the fireplace and drinking wine (she has a good wine glass selection) and the beds were super comfy. The best part was the Lisa was wonderful to deal with -- very helpful and informative. Everything was organized and we didn't have any problems accessing the place or enjoying our stay while we were there. I highly recommend.Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing.

These New Yorkers had the pleasure of staying in this lovely condo for an adventure-filled week in Park City! The cozy atmosphere within the condo made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The condo in and of itself was exactly as described - the in-unit washer-dryer was particularly convenient after a long day in the mountains. As an added bonus, the outdoor patio provided a great place for early morning reading. Beyond the amazing benefits associated with the condo itself, such as its location across from City Park and a 10 minute walk from Historic Main Street, the owners were such a pleasure to work with. Prior to our arrival, they provided us with various brochures and pamphlets. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating during our stay as well. We will definitely return again to what felt like our very own home away from home in the heart of Park City, Utah!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children.

This condo was perfect for these first time Park City visitors... We walked in minutes to Main Street (great variety of restaurants, bars, and shopping), and there is spa right around the corner for a great massage. If you do not want to walk, there is free transportation (bus stop) right outside the door that takes you to multiple ski resorts, as well as nearby restaurants and shopping. The condo was roomy, clean and inviting, it also had a fantastic spa tub... We parked our rental car right below the unit in a covered space. In-unit washer and dryer was also a plus. We would definitely stay here again and again, and we are planning to!Owner response: Mark--we are so glad that you and your friends had a great time in Park City at our condo. I have stayed at this condo 2x. The location is great, you can walk to everything on Main Street. The underground parking spot is awesome especially on snowy days. The condo is cute, clean and exaclty as described. We received a very helpful packet of information upon arrival from the owners and they were very easy to work with. Will definitely rent again!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

Location perfect - walk to slopes and better yet, walk down hill after skiing. Place felt just like home with all the relaxation or excercise anyone could want. Nearby park for kids to play and close to all the fun things in the city. We used to go to the slopes in Colorado, but this has all of that and not so crowded.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
