This beautiful 2 story lake house was constructed in 2008 and has a spectacular view of big water in the Blue Creek area, east of the Highway 49 bridge. It has over 2,000 sqft of heated and cooled space with 2 queen beds and 4 twin beds throughout 4 bedrooms. With an additional 850 sqft of space in the unfinished concrete basement, the house has plenty of room to spread out.
It has a covered porch directly off the living area, great for relaxing out of the sun and under the fan. It also has a porch a little closer to the water directly off the basement. The lake house includes amenities such as stainless steel appliances, solid wood floors throughout, granite countertops, security system, speakers in the great room and front porch, and a large unfinished basement.
The lakehouse is within a couple of miles of the intersection of highway 49/highway 50 (Walnut Hill), which is close to all the restaurants on this side of the lake, like Christophers and Niffers. It is also near Still Waters, Blue Creek Marina, Chuck's Marina and less than a mile away from Sonny Fomby's Boat Rental, now called Lakeside Rentals.

Property exactly what we expected; comfortable, relaxing with great views as well as neighbors! We have vacationed all over the United States and finally decided to "go to the lake". this property gave us time to bond and vacation as a FAMILY. We'll be back !! The Lacayo's

We had a wonderful time with 7 adults and 3 children. The kitchen is huge and there is plenty of room to spread out. The house was very comfortable and well decorated. The deep water made for great swimming off the dock and for renting boats and jet skis. Blue Creek Marina is just around the corner for boat and jet ski rentals and that part of the lake is so quiet with little traffic. There are so many restaurants nearby for lunch or dinner that it made a great option for not cooking. The porch has a great breeze and we were quite surprised that there were no bugs. This was the perfect spot for our family get together.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

Beauitful house and view with deep water. Plenty of room for guest to spread out into groups to carry on different conversations, play board games, cards, or work jigsaw puzzles. Wonderful place to stay for functions at Auburn (football, baseball, basketball games, Nursing School Blue Jean Ball, etc.) Easy and short travel time to Auburn down AL 49 to Reeltown, AL 120 to Notasulga and AL 14 into Auburn. Also close to marina with boat rentals and resturants on AL 49 at Blue Creek and Stillwaters Resort resturants and golf course.
