Parking is NOT included w/rental. Garage attached, owned by Premier parking at 901-525-6362. We prefer one across the street, Republic, 901-545-0351 . Due to the exclusive peace and quiet of his complex, no rentals will be made for the purpose of partying. Mature, Serious renters only. NO children allowed; No Smoking allowed. Minimum age to rent: 25 with a valid Driver's License. One half the rent as a deposit is required and is non refundable.

Worth every penny, Location, Location Location, walk to almost everything, Easy to rent and owner very helpful.Had a blast memphis is a great place to vist!! Highly Recommend! Any one going to rent Here are some parking tips, use the garage at the confort inn two blocks away they let any park there for $5.00 a day and you can pre pay for a week or more. safe and you can come and go as you please!! thanks Tony, Rene' & Charles from ctRecommended for: Romantic getaway.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is small but excellent for two. Quiet, with a lovely view of the Mississippi River. Would not be good for the party crowd. Great place to relax. Very secure accommodations. Close enough to Beale Street to walk easily. Listing was very accurate. Photos do not do it justice.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, age 55+.
