  This Villa was perfect for our group of 10. We had plenty of room. The house was well represented on the online pictures. The house was clean and decorated beautifully. I truly felt comfortable there. The pool in the backyard made for hours of swimming with the children. Kevin was always a phone call away. The community pool was very nice as well. This villa is only a few minutes away from Disney and right off the main highway 192 in Kissimmee. I am already thinking about my next visit.

  My wife and I have visited the Kissimmee area more than a dozen times over the last years and stayed at various properties. Were not looking for a (big) villa this time, as we were not taking kids and others with us. But Kevin convinced us to stay here. We are somewhat spoiled with luxurious accomodations over the last years, and we know that most villa's are basic when looking at the interior. But how were we surprised when we entered the house. Every part of the house we entered made us smile more; this is certainly the most beautifull and luxurious Kissimee accomodation we ever stayed at. It looks brand new, and the details throughout this property are amazing ! We actually didn't want to leave the house, everything was really special and we felt really priviliged. The pictures cannot express what you see and feel when entering the house. Also loved the Disney details throughout the house, not overdone. Kevin was also great, always available and helping in every way he can. Will certainly come back here ! Thanks Kevin !

  Our family of 10 just recently spent a week at the Parkside Palace and I must say, it was awesome! The kids loved their bedrooms, game room & pool! We usually stay in Disney World but decided we would try a Windsor Hills house rental this time! We will definetly stay at the Parkside Palace again! The house is so spacious and exactly as the pictures show and the management company is great to deal with! Very quick to respond with any questions, restaurant suggestions and whatever you may need! Thanks Five Star Vacation Homes! This house is gorgeous and very tastefully decorated! We hope to be back soon!

  My family and I had an excellent stay at the Parkside Palace. The house was perfect for my family of 9. There was plenty of room for us to relax and entertain family and friends. It was so relaxing to sit by the poolside and relax. The kids especially enjoyed the game room. We enjoyed ourselves so much we didn't leave the house much. This house is will kept. Kevin the owner was exceptionally attentive to any questions or concerns. I would definately stay at this house again. I have also recommended this house to my friends and family.   Absolutely awesome sums up our recent Disney trip and stay at the Parkside Palace! Our family of 10 (4 kids) had plenty of room in this gorgeous home! Very tastefully decorated and exactly as the pictures show....the kids loved their rooms, pool and especially the game the room. best of all, it is amazingly close to Disney....this was our first house rental as we usually stay inside a Disney resort.....We will definetly be back to stay at the Parkside Palace! The owner is great to deal with and very quick to respond to any questions and/or info you may be looking for! Thanks for making our trip so memorable!

  We had 10 family members, ranging in age from 20 mos. to 87 yrs. and everyone loved the house! There was trully something for everyone. The house was large enough to accomodate us all. My mom had a beautiful bedroom/bath on main level, no climbing stairs for her. The other bedrooms were all awesome, equipped with ultra comfy beds and linens, also flat screen t.v.'s in each room. Essentially 2 master suites, which worked out well for us. My husband and I had one suite and my sister and her husband loved the large master suite. The rooms were all beautifully decorated and everything was super clean. The game room was a hit with everyone. We have been to other houses, where the game room was in the garage, and it was to hot to enjoy the room. Not this house, the garage was climate controlled and carpeted. It also had a flat screen t.v. to watch as we played. I think the grown-ups were out there as much as the kids!! The kitchen was my dream, the icemaker and water dispenser got a lot of use. The pool and covered lanai was great. It was nice to have a ceiling fan on the lanai, also door alarm and safety fence around pool entrance. Kevin Kirby really made it easy for us to book a last minute vacation home and his attention to detail is outstanding! We have stayed in Windsor Hills in the past and loved the gated community resort. Enjoyed our stay at the house so much, that we never made it to the clubhouse! Definately would stay here again. Having the owner close by and easily accessible was a big + too. Thanks Kevin for a wonderful vacation! 8/3/10-8/10/10

  We stayed at the Parkside Palace with 12 guests from age 8 to 72 years old. The whole experience was awesome for everyone. There was plenty to do for all ages and the house was quite large. The pool and hot tub combo was great especially at night because it was all screened in. The lanai with ceiling fan allowed us to sit outside in the heat as well. The kids went from playing pool to the swimming pool. Kevin, you did a great job making this house feel like a home and your attention to detail was much appreciated. The décor was appealing to all ages and I really liked how you labeled everything from alarm to dish location. The air conditioned games room was fantastic, and we really liked the vintage arcade style games console. Everyone said the beds were extremely comfortable. The flat screen TVs in every bedroom, the family room and the games room was a great touch as well. The kitchen was excellent and the fridge with ice maker received a lot of use. Having the owner close by in the same division was reassuring in case we needed anything--we didn't. Kevin was a pleasure to deal with and always reachable. My whole family loved the entire stay. Being minutes to Disney was a big bonus too. Unfortunately we didn’t have time on this visit to enjoy the Windsor Hills attractions…but we will for sure on our next visit. My whole family highly recommends Parkside Palace and we all wanted to thank Kevin for his excellent hospitality.

  Our stay at the Parkside Palace was wonderful. We have stayed at many houses before but this house was the best one we have ever stayed in. To make things even better, Kevin was very helpful and friendly. We felt safe to know that he lives here and was willing to help out in anyway possible. If we ever come back to Kissimmee, we will surely stay in the Parkside Palace! Thanks for helping make our stay absolutely wonderful!
