  this villa was all that it said it would be, spacious, clean, lovely pool, serenity overlooking the canal. We enjoyed the perfect location for visiting our favourite restaurants and also the short walk to the beach, it could not be more ideal. Owners were friendly on pre booking and had contact details for any problems during our stay( not that we had any). We travelled as a couple with our four year old son and our friends joined us and the villa had more than enough space for us all. Will definatly stay again.

  This house was wonderful! Spacious, clean, within a 5 minute walk to everything that Siesta Key Village has to offer (restaurants, bars, gift shops, grocery store, hardware store and of course the ocean!). We were overly impressed with the size of the pool and the patio furniture which were for a large portion of each day we were there. We brought fishing poles and fished the canal right off the back of the property. We only caught catfish :( But we did see many schools of a certain mysterious fish that we couldn't identify, along with jellyfish. Bird watching was great - we watched a crane hunt for fish and a family of ducks frequented the canal daily. They have ample kitchen tools to make meals if you need a break from eating out. They even supplied beach towels, which was nice - because they gave us additional room in our suitcases to take home souvenirs. The walk to the beach was short. We walked the baby powder sandy beaches every morning to the public beach and back. The sunsets at the beach were amazing! We have a 5 month old and it was good for us, since he doesn't crawl yet. For families with crawlers, new walkers or toddlers - I am not sure that this house would be ideal, as they have ceramic tile throughout the main parts of the house and with the canal being so accessible, as well as the pool - I would be worried all the time. But being that he is still rather immobile - it worked fine for us. We rented all of our baby equipment from A to Z Baby, Beach and Bike Rentals and they had everything waiting outside the door for when we arrived and then all we had to do was leave outside when we left for them to pick up. All in all, being at this house, so close to everything was perfect. We had stayed at the Peppertree a couple of years back and it was a completely different feel at that area of the Key, mostly because you couldn't just walk to where you wanted to go. It was beautiful being right on the beach and we had a great time, nonetheless, but a different experience. I would definitely love to come back and stay at Siesta Bliss in the future!!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This location is super. Quiet, private and breezy on the canal (jumping mullet are entertaining). Just a stroll to the Village -- restaurants, groceries, drug store, bars (Sun Garden is TOPS for breakfast, Blu Smoke for lunch). Beach is an easy 10-minute walk. House is clean and spacious. Tons of towels. Pool is a welcome respite. The pool area is crying out for a shred of shade. The sun is BRUTAL most of the day. A great big market umbrella and an umbrella on the table would make it perfect place to escape the worst heat of the day. A queen bed in the 2nd bedroom would be nice too.

  This house is beautiful! I stayed here with my husband and two young children. We have always visited Sarasota but this is the first time we rented our own house. It made our stay perfect! We were able to go to the beach during the day and enjoy the pool in the late afternoon and early evening. The house is so roomy and we were able to entertain our family and friends who live in the area. The house was very inviting and everything that we needed was right at our finger tips. The location is absolutely perfect. We walked to the village every morning for breakfast! The beach is literally right down the street. It was paradise and we hope to be back next year!

  This house was perfect! Great location - quiet street, very close to the village and beach. We could walk to everything. Inside of the home is very spacious, clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed walking to the beach in the morning and hanging out by the pool in the afternoon. The pool area is very nicely set up with tables, chairs and pool toys. The owner was very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this home – we will be back next year

  Great location. Quiet street. Beautiful exterior. Nicely appointed interior with high speed internet & digital cable. Toilet in master bedroom open, not private. Pool nice but not heated.

  Owner response: The master bedroom/bathroom arrangement is not of a traditional design but instead follows a European resort style. The shower and toilet are tucked away behind tile and safety glass to ensure privacy. Also the pool can be heated, please inquire at the time of booking for details.

  This place was wonderful!! We have been going to Siesta for 10 years, always staying at a condo. This was such a better choice. Our one year old loved it as much as we did. The pool & patio area were very relaxing (outdoor radio/speaker helped). The house is set up very nicely. We enjoyed having a glass of wine sitting in the back room listening to the birds & gazing at the canal. The house is just around the corner from local food spots, or the grocery store if you prefer to cook at home (all kitchen needs covered). The beach walks in the morning & evening were perfect & also very close by. We hardly had to use our car. One suggestion- don't rent a surry- looks fun- but only if you are in the best shape of your life!!! Books for adults, games & pool toys for kids, dvds for family, tvs......need I say more? The owner is also very friendly & professional. I would recommend this to anyone- we will definitely use this one again!! oh- Mote aquarium is a must-went twice this year. Sarasota Jungle is also great for the kids!

  Excellent clean venue on the canal edge. Very close to village and beach. Excellent centre for exploring. Good pool and outside eating area
