Jan thru December $1,200.00/week + state and room tax 9 person Maximum
$350 Security/Booking Deposit Required for booking and for any damages incurred
Full return of deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure
once a final inspection of Condo has been completed.
Half of rental is due 60 days before arrival,balance of payment
due 14 days prior to arrival.
Security/Booking Fee does not go toward rental rate

We cant say enough about this beautiful place. The lake is gorgeous! The condo unit is spectacular. We will definately be back!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
