This great escape is a studio apartment and is located in Gulf Pines, next to Sandestin and SIlver Sands Outlet center. The escape is a short walk to the PRIVATE beach.
It is a perfect getaway and will accomodate 4. We prefer adults only..
The open lofty floor plan is approx. 650 sq ft with a King Bed and Queen sleeper sofa. Newly remodeled with new appliances and new decor. An outside deck allows you to enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The studio has all the amenities you would need to make memories for years to come!
All rentals go Saturday to Saturday.
The minimum age requirement is 25.

This is a great place to stay. My husband and I got to stay here for 6 days and did not want to leave!! It is quiet and peaceful and has everything you need. The owner was so nice and hospitable. We hope to go back soon!Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

This property and its owner were a dream! The most comfortable bed you could ask for.............The owner treated us like family. She offerred the use of her golf cart and anything from her beach closet; chairs, umbrella, boogie board, skin board, kayak. My kids had a blast. The property was immaculate, everything you could need in the kitchen. The neighborhood had private beach access so it was never crowded. I would recommend this place to anyone and we will definately be back next year!!!! Thanks, Jacki.....................Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
