  Yes, this unit is AWSOME !!!! We have stayed here Jan of 2011, and then again in May 2011. The owers are great, nice and lovely people. The condo is a great and nice place to stay and rent. Now that we have found such a great place to stay and friendly people...I know we will be staying here again. The pictures are all true LOVE the kitchen, every clean and always enjoy sitting outside on the lanai, and they even have some beach stuff to use. All the stores, beach, is in walking distances. I would highly recommend this condo to everybody that I know who is going to Maui. This is better than staying at a hotel.......This unit is a 5 STAR!!!!!!!

  Pat and Bob have thought of everything you need to make your holiday more enjoyable. My husband and I and our 2 kids felt right at home. Beautiful decor and it was spotless and well stocked with all of the little things you don't think to pack with you. We'll be back!!! Perfect for families!

  My husband and I have stayed at this AMAZING condo twice now. Our most recent time was in October 2012. The updates were spectacular... a wonderful master bedroom, updated granite modern kitchen and bath and a welcoming, comfortable home. In addition to the gorgeous accommodations, the condo has all the necessary beach necessities - chairs, boogie boards, coolers, etc. We are already looking to book our 2013 trip!

  My husband and 2 children (5, and 8) stayed at this property over Christmas holidays. The condo was great, very clean and comfortable!! It has been recently renovated which gives it an up-dated modern feel. The location is great, close to some of the best beaches in Maui. We have stayed at other condos before and had to purchase supplies, like spices, laundry detergent, and dish detergent, etc. This condo was fully stocked, felt just like home. There was also plenty of snorkel gear and 2 bogie boards, which saved us from paying rental fees. Our favorite part of our vacation was coming back to the condo after a full day out and cooking a nice meal, which we enjoyed on the Patio. The owners, Pat and Bob, were amazing to deal with; from our first discussion over the phone I was impressed. Other things to mention: there were an abundance of towels, blankets and a playpen, lots of cooking supplies, and the barbeques on sight were better than are barbeque at home!!!   My husband and I stayed at this property in September, for nine days. The place was immaculate, which is VERY important to me. The condo is nicely decorated and Pat was a pleasure to deal with. The location is on the end of Kihei, on the border or Wailea, which was perfect as all the good snorkeling is right near here. Furthermore, it's centrally located on the island so you never have a super long drive ahead of you, like the folks up in Ka'anapali. Each morning we had coffee and breakfast at the condo, packed the cooler with food and drinks, grabbed the beach chairs and towels and headed out for the day! We contemplated staying up in Ka'anapali, and after spending the day in Lahaina, we were so happy we didn't stay on that end of the island with the hoards of tourists. The condo complex hosts a Mai Tai pool party on Wednesdays, which was a nice way to start our vacation! Most days we would grab a glass of wine or a mai tai to end the day across the street watching the sun set. I would stay here again if we were to go back to Maui!

  Amazing! This condo is the nicest condo (out of 4) that I have stayed in in the Kamaole area. Gorgeously renovated, especially the kitchen and bedroom. The bed was very big (king) and comfortable and there was even a crib there for our little one. The bathrooms were also great. Some great things in the Lanai closet, we especially liked the Tommy Bahama beach chairs with shoulder straps as well as the kids beach toys. Location is awesome. Very close to Kamaole Beach Park III.

  If you like an upscale, exceptionally appointed and equipped vacation condo, that is close to the beach yet secluded from most of the complex, then you are looking at the right property. Just back from 3 wonderful weeks on Maui, and feeling so lucky that we had found Pat and Bob's incredible condo available for us. We have visited Kihei many times, and love the Kamaole Sands. This condo is one of the nicest units in the complex. Note to sun lovers: you get the early morning sun here too.....wonderful. Nice and quiet. Cant wait to visit again next year.

  Lovely condo and absolutely fabulous owners!!! Pat and Bob such great people, and they are very easy to deal with. They would do their best to accommodate you the best way, and would make sure you are comfortable throughout all your stay in their condo. This is such lovely condo offers you all you need (and even more) for your luxury vacation stay. This unit is very clean, extremely organized with contemporary decoration, and offers luxury bedroom and comfortable sofa bed. In addition, the unit has 2 full bathrooms, which we found as a big plus for us (2 people) since we had very hectic vacation schedule in Maui (lots of activities and trips). We had great time in Maui, and we would absolutely come back and stay in the same unit without any doubts. Absolutely lovely unit and lovely owners!!!! Many thanks to Pat & Bob for sharing your condo with us, and made us very comfortable for our vacation in Maui.

  Our family of four arrived to find this condo beautiful and immaculate. It had all of the supplies we needed including the promised boogie boards, beach chairs, and cooler. This was a great home base for us to explore the island, yet is close enough to a great beach when we wanted to stick close to home. The sunsets there are amazing too! We walked right across the streets many times to soak them in, and our boys had a great time running around on the grass. Pat was also wonderful to deal with ahead of time through e-mails....always willing to answer my questions. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. Thanks, Pat!

  This condo is very clean and much nicer than the other condos that my family members rented in the same unit. When they walked in they all commented on how much nicer it was and ended up borrowing beach supplies from me that their unit lacked. It is very well stocked with everything you might need for a day at the beach from beach toys and boogie boards to fishing poles and tackle. The owners of this condo were very flexible and helpful. The bed in the room was a brand new Vera Wang California king and extremely comfortable. The couch pull out bed was also comfortable and there was still a nice blow up single bed that could be utilized. I will defiantly be utilizing this condo again in the future.
