  The condo was everything as the pictures and information stated. It was very comfortable and the view was GORGEOUS! It was very close to all the family activities. It was so nice to be able to have the laundry done before we left! We will definitely return again!

  What a great time!! Condo and it's amenities were just as pictured. Owners were also very easy to deal with and answered any and all questions quickly. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a beach vacation in Destin. Close to everything you need and the views were spectacular. The beaches and the Gulf were clean and clear making for an extra enjoyable break from the early chill we would have had in Indiana. Thanks again for sharing your home with us.

  Driving 8 hours with 3 kids? PRICELESS High rise condo right on the beach? PRICELESS Watching dolphins swim from the balcony? PRICELESS Spending 3 nights and 4 days with my family? PRICELESS Having a kitchen and bedrooms just like home? PRICELESS Watching Paranomal Activity 3? ?????? Hundreds of dollars spent at Destin? PRICY...BUT MONEY WELL SPENT! My family goes to Destin or Panama City almost every year and this condo was THE BEST! Thank you Carol for letting us use your place. We will be BACK!

  Description was very accurate. Photos portrayed unit as expected. Unit was clean, with kithchen necessities available. Owner very accommodating with check in questions. With this being first trip to Destin, we question if we would have rather be closer to restaurants in the Harbor area. Heavy traffic in peak season made this a challenge at the dinner hour to make it down to the Harbor area. Must say....Great view. Very relaxing. Noisy at times, but at no fault of the owner. This is to be expected in peak season. Good experience!! Would recommend to friends.

  We were very happy with the excellent attention given to us by the owners of this property. We stayed for two months and based on the experience are renting from the Tesarek's again next year. They take great pride in their property and are looking for repeat tenants.

  We had a wonderful visit. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view from the deck was absolutely beautiful! The beds were comfortable and we never heard any noise from other units. Everything was in good shape and the decor was very nice. We would love to stay here again. The weather was awesome, beach access was great, the pool and hot tubs are so relaxing! Very close to grocery and other shopping as well as restaurants. Thank you Carol and Peter Jennifer Bray

  Our short visit was great! Carol's home was in top condition when we arrived and she dealt witha very minor issue with the smoke alarms in short order. Everything was 5* .. equipment, home, service ... just a pleasure to deal with. And if you've never stayed overlooking the beach and sea you'll soon understand why we say 10 days is not long enough!   stayed first week of nov., great weather, we all had a great time, the condo is lovley , plan to return in spring. I highly recommend it to anyone!!

  What a great condo, with a beautiful view! We rented this home the second week of August and had a great time. The beach was right across the street and was so pristine. There were plenty of activities for everyone in my family, from parasailing to kayaking, all located right there on the beach. Bicycle rentals were a short walk down the street. The condo was bright and clean. There was more than enough room for my crew of six. The property itself, has a nice gym and pool. It was a great place to retreat too late in the afternoon after being on the beach all day. The location of the condo is close to shopping and restaurants. Destin Commons is an outdoor mall close by and has plenty of shopping and a great movie theatre. Harborwalk Village has a beautiful water setting and plenty of great eateries. My kids found plenty to do at both locations.

  This was the best location! The condo was comfy and clean, easy to find and had everything we needed to have a great family vacation on the beach. The Majestic Sun had 2 pools and 2 hot tubs, the ocean was just a short walk across the not busy street. It was much closer than many condos to the ocean, not across a mile of sand just a few yards. Carol was very quick to reply to all questions and concerns. Thanks for making it the best vacation ever! We will stay here again!
