We enjoyed our vacation very much! We enjoyed the pool, tennis court and grounds of the property. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the property was very well maintained. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend this property. We hope to rent it again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We are an extended family of 13 persons based in New York City who use this home as our weekend getaway. This house has all of the charm, detail, and function, of a functional summer retreat and not just a 'rental'. Our family business is real estate and hospitality so we know how to make you feel comfortable and right at home.
Why the Owner Chose Sagaponack:
When we bought this house we were just a family of 4. We wanted a small getaway from the busy city life. Something that is beautiful all year round. Then the 2 children got married and had kids. Our family got 7 new members in as many years! We renovated this house and added another wing, making it the expansive and beautiful home it is today.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The single most defining feature of the house upon arrival is tranquility! it is so very quiet! There are lots of flora, and fauna who visit such as wild turkeys, deer, robins, blue jays, and even turtles. It is so close to anything you need, with Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, Wainscott, East Hampton, and the beach just minutes away.
