IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE BEST VIEW IN THE SMOKIES, A QUIET PLACE TO RELAX, A COMPLETELY NEW RENOVATED CONDO AND A HOME AWAY FROM HOME FOR YOU OR YOUR FAMILY, THEN OUR CONDO IS THE ONE FOR YOU. WE ARE NOT A TIME SHARE AND WE OWN OUR CONDO. BELOW ARE JUST A FEW BRIEF DETAILS THAT AWAIT YOUR PLACE TO STAY IN THE SMOKIES.
We purchased our condo in 2010 and it has been completely renovated. All of the furnishings and appliances are brand new. The condo has over 900sq/ft(largest condo on DeerRidge Resort) of living space and consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms down stairs with a sleeping loft upstairs. Each of the bedrooms down stairs has queen size beds, and the sleeping loft has 2 twin beds.
We love our condo and the area where it is located. We are 11 miles north of Gatlinburg, and from our balcony at night the lights of Ski Mountain and Ober Gatlinburg can be easily admired. The views of the Smokies, including Mt. LeConte, are breathtaking. We have lived in and visited the Smokies since 1990; the views from our condo are the best we have ever seen. This was our main reason that we chose this specific area to purchase a condo. We moved away from the Smokies in 1995. Having a great view was our number one priority when we began searching for our Smokies real estate. Another great advantage of our condo's location is that it is accessible without driving through Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg; although, driving through the two towns is optional. Avoiding them can be time saving.
We enjoy coming to our condo for family vacations, so we have designed our condo with furnishings that fit into a family life style. Whether you want to play a round of golf in the morning while the family sleeps in or you want to go to Gatlinburg to check out the sites, it can all be done from here. Dollywood and Pigeon Forge are only 30 minutes away; family activity at these locations is endless.

This condo was wonderful. The view was outstanding and the layout fit my 4 member family perfect. Nice furnishings and clean. Near to Gatlinburg but away from all the Gatlinburg traffic. Clubhouse amenities were nice, but we didn't use them much.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

The condo was lovely - very well maintained and just as pictured in the website photos. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing and the pool/game room was a huge hit with the 2 twelve year old boys. The staff at the office was very friendly/helpful as well - they were great about suggesting different routes to get you to your destination without having to go through the traffic in town. It was a little bit of a drive to get to downtown Gatlinburg, but well worth the additional effort required to plan your travels so you weren't driving back and forth all the time. I would strongly suggest planning your trip so you initially arrive at the condo during the day - the area is EXTREMELY dark at night and it is hard to find street signs if you don't know what you are looking for. I would definitely recommend as well as stay here again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

The condo was beautiful and very relaxing. The views were spectacular. I took my in-laws and my mother. They enjoyed it very much. My husband and I stayed here with our two daughters. We loved having the convenience of a full kitchen. The decor is beautiful and the views are gorgeous. The condo is very clean and well taken care of. The area is very quiet and peaceful. It's not a far drive into Gatlinburg and is nice to not be in the middle of town. Our daughters really enjoyed the swimming pool and playground that were available. We felt the condo was very inviting and warm and would definitely recommend staying here! It was a great experience!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

About the owner: Hello we are Diamond and Sherree King - your host while staying with us in the Smokies. We live in northeast Mississippi and have loved the Smoky Mountains for many years. We have a 17 year old daughter that loves the mountains as well. We lived in Sevierville for several years; our daughter was born in Knoxville in 1993. Having lived in Sevier County, we knew that we wanted to come back and spend time here. The best way for us to do so was to invest in a condo so that we could have a place of our own. We feel as if we have set our condo up so that anyone who stays will feel as if they have found a home away from home. Please come and enjoy your time with us in our Smoky Mountain retreat!

Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge offer the best of the best for vacation activity. We love the fact that this area has beautiful seasons from snowy winter days to spring flowers and fall foliage colors. No matter the season in the Smokies, the atmosphere is extravagant! Also, the area offers numerous enjoyable things for all members of the family. As older family members may enjoy night time dinner shows and shopping at outlet malls, Dollywood, racecar tracks, and putt-putt golf course are always available for younger family members. Not to mention, it is very quiet and peaceful location, so it is a GREAT place to sleep in late and be lazy!

Being able to relax, enjoying quiet time, watching a good movie, walking on trails, swimming at our pool, or playing a round of tennis on the resort (minutes walk) are all benefits that are enjoyable while vacationing at our condo. Five minutes down the hill is a golf course that can be easily accessed. An amazing view is located just outside the living room on the balcony!
