I can't recommend this house (and its owner) enough. I was truly lucky to come across this rental. Our family of 8 spent a week in this incredible house and I can truly say its perfect for a vacation. The house is situated in a quiet area & offers privacy. The amenities in the house are many & include a pool, exterior grill and a large deck with seating arrangement for a large family. The home is beautifully decorated inside. The home is very bright, open & cheerful. The owner of this home is OUTSTANDING! Right from the start from our very first phone call the owner was great, honest & upfront about everything even before our arrival in prepping the house. There were no hassles & whatever doubts or concerns we had going through an online website quickly subsided. She truly cares about your vacation. She is very helpful & accommodating. She was always accessible & responsive to any emails, phone calls and always provided us with ideas to make our vacation enjoyable. She was truly a pleasure to deal with. I would HIGHLY recommend this beautiful vacation home to anybody.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

We just spent 2 weeks at this house. It was perfect. Brand new, clean, spacious, huge living area, beautiful pool and grounds, more kid-friendly and child-proof than any other Hamptons house I've ever been in. We had four rainy days and the house has so much to offer that we really didn't have much cabin-fever. Even if you don't have kids, it's a spectacular place and location, a 5 minute drive to Southhampton Village, Water Mill and Bridgehampton. Also close to every day shopping, wineries, farm stands, camps, restaurants, beaches, etc. The house is custom-built and is so user-friendly. We discovered a new "extra touch" each day; every room (esp kitchen) is well-stocked to meet every need. The kids were thrilled with the pool, fenced yards, frogs, etc. The owners are so accomodating and take great pride in their home. This is not just a rental property. It is a home and out of all the houses in which we've stayed in the Hamptons - in all price ranges - this is by far the best one for our family. We hope to rent again next summer! Get it if you can, too!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I just had to pen a review after our splendid week in Southampton. This summer house provided everything our family needed to truly have a terrific holiday. The layout of the house was spacious, the charming garden/landscaping set the tone, and the pool/deck area was, as expected, everyone’s focus. As to the master bedroom, I believe it is on par with a first class hotel, and the various dining/reading areas gave each of us our own space. I must also mention that our family enjoyed nearby Cooper’s Beach in addition to the Village of Southampton. All said our week at 331 Seven Ponds Towd Road will be a holiday that we will not forget.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

About the owner: We are a family of five who love the outdoors and lots of activities which is why the Hamptons is perfect for us. My family and I love to travel and like to stay in homes that are well kept which is why I pride myself on making sure everything is imaculate!
Why the Owner Chose Southampton:
My husband and I have always loved this area, the beaches and landscape are extremely beautiful and peaceful. After spending a few days here we always feel refreshed. Our children love the many activities that are on offer and of course cannot get enough of the days filled with sun, sand and sea!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
While here we spend our day either lounging at our pool and enjoying the peace and tranquility of this very quiet area. Our children are very active so we also spend a lot of time at Agawam Park beautifully situated on very picturesque Agawam Pond. (The park has just been renovated and has really fun equipment for the children) Our children also love the many beaches that we have access to, Cooper's Beach, (which was just voted #1 in the U.S.) Flying Point Beach, and The Cut, which the little one's really enjoy because they can play in the bay or the ocean. Catch crabs, build sand castles or boogie board!
