Our 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is in the renowned Widgi Creek Golf Club Community (Voted Favorite Golf Course in Central Oregon 9 times by Source Weekly). It is also 2 miles from the newly acclaimed Tetherow Golf Course designed by David McLay Kidd (Bandon Dunes). This is a golfers paradise. Like to fish or hike? The Deschutes river runs right next to the Widgi Creek community. There is also more than 20 alpine lakes, 3 Class A fly fishing rivers, and serious trekking in the Three Sisters Wilderness (just to name a few). If you prefer biking, pick up a trail right outside the neighborhood or hit the road for amazing rides up Bachelor and beyond. Of course winter sports abound with Mt. Bachelor just a quick 15 minute drive and various snowparks 10 minutes away. Ice skating in winter and putt-putt golf in the summer is next door at the 7th Mountain Resort. Are you exhausted yet? We love your place--- it's beautiful! EVERYTHING we needed was right here. The golf course is spectacular. Our vacation was very relaxing-- we felt right at home. What a fantastic stay! Lots of beautiful sunshine and we spent out time exploring the area from Mt. Bachelor to Crater Lake to Newberry Caldera and the wonderful High Desert Museum. Why the Owner Chose Bend:
We love Central Oregon. There is no better place for year round outdoor recreation options. Bend is a jewel of a town and community. The first time we visited was Christmas 2004, we fell in love with the area and bought our townhouse a few months later. We travel a lot but, to us, there is no place quite as special as Bend. It is a vibrant town, with activities galore and the friendliest people around. Come see what we mean.

Living in a golf community with the Deschutes river running along side is an unbeatable summertime combination. The surrounding golf courses and easy access to great hiking, biking and fishing makes summer options almost inexhaustible. We are also the closest neighborhood to Mt. Bachelor that boasts amazing winter sport options. This is an all season home. We have more fun in Bend then anywhere. So much to do and the local people are lovely.
