Our spacious, fully air conditioned with ceiling fans, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pool home is situated in the sought after area of NW Bradenton minutes from the sun drenched beaches of Anna Maria Island on the Gulf Coast and within a 15 minute walk of De Soto National Park and the beaches of the Manatee River. You will also find supermarkets, shops and many restaurants all within a 5 minute drive.

The house is furnished to a high and comfortable standard throughout. You will find an entrance hall, large lounge with Cable TV, DVD, VCR, CD player and direct access through patio doors to the private heated covered pool and lanai, a seperate dining area with table and chairs to seat 6 people. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, Cable TV, en-suite bathroom and walk in closet, One queen bedroom and one twin bedroom. The kitchen is fitted with all amenities including a Dishwasher and microwave. There is also a seperate Laundry room with a Washer and a Dryer and the house has a double garage.

Outside, at the rear, you will find a large private lanai with plenty of outdoor seating areas with comfortable loungers, chairs and tables along with the private enclosed heated swimming pool with removable child security fence overlooking the lake and landscaped gardens.

You will find plenty of bathroom towels, spare bedding, 6 beach towels and chairs for you to use.

  • Nearby facilities provide something for everyone, including Golf Courses, Craxy Golf, Ten Pin Bowling, Boat and Jet Ski Hire, parasailing, Tennis, Scuba Diving, Sunbathing, Walking, Dolphin and Manatee watching, Art Galleries, Theatres, Numberous Restaurants and shopping Malls. Sarasota is approximately a 30 minute drive away and here you will find many exclusive boutiques and restuarsnts. The Comedy Club in Sarasota is well worth a visit as is St Armands Circle for designer shopping ! The restuarants on Anna Maria Island also deserve a special mention. Tampa is approximately 1 hours drive way where you can find huge Malls and Busch Gardens amongst many other attractions. Orlando with her fantastic Theme Parks is around 2 hours away. St Petes and Clearwater are easily reached by driving over the Stunning Sunshine Skyway Bridge.
