This clean comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath Palm Springs condo is in the heart of Palm Springs. Because it is a ground floor end unit it is very private. It's located in a quiet cul-de-sac next to the swimming pool. It is tastefully decorated in an upscale Western Rustico flair. Hence, the name Remington Ridge. The guest bedroom has a queen size pillow top bed, 26" TV/VCR, and a small private deck. There is a full bath in the hallway. The kitchen is tiled, has plenty of cupboard and countertop space, and is fully equipped. The dining room, also tiled, is bright, open, and spacious. The windows and decks ensure unobstructed views of the mountains. The deck can be accessed through the living room or master bedroom.
This deck is secured by a wrought iron enclosure and looks out to the grassy courtyard. It has a NEW six person patio set and a NEW stainless steel gas grill. The laundry room is off of the deck and has a full size washer and dryer. You will indeed get some R&R, while making yourself 'At Home on the Range'.
