Master bedroom with king size bed, TV and VCR and en suite bathroom with walk in shower and 'Jacuzzi' bath. One double bedroom with full size bed and adjoining bathroom. Two twin bedrooms sharing Jack and Jill bathroom. Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster electric can opener and coffee maker. Large capacity automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities. Comfortable lounge with cable TV, DVD and portable music centre. Air conditioning/heating, hairdryer in main bathroom and clock radio in the master bedroom. Bed linen, bath towels included. Larger than normal screened pool (28'x15') with spa. There is also a pool bath (toilet), accessed from the poolside with an external shower on the pool deck. The large Lanai has patio furniture for your comfort. Double garage with parking for two full sized cars. All exits to pool are alarmed for the safety of our guests. HD TV and broadband Internet installed.

for golfers who want to play a lot, Champions Gate golf course is good but very expensive (about 130 dollars a round). There is a course about 20 -25 minutes drive away, called Kissimmee Golf Club, which has coupons in most of the free booklets for golf at between 36 - 49 dollars, including golf cart and a free sleeve of balls. It's a very nice course in pretty good condition, and excellent value.

My family & I stayed here for a week over Memorial weekend. The house is VERY close to Disney (15 min) & Sea World, yet it seemed like it was miles away from the touristy areas. Very quiet & secure neighborhood near an upscale shopping center. The house itself was very roomy & clean; not super fancy, but quite nice nonetheless. The pool & surrounding patio was terrific; a perfect place to wind/cool down after a long day at the park. Recommend paying to have the pool heated--even in late May it almost felt chilly. On day #2 we paid to have it heated for the rest of the week, at which point the water was extremely warm & our 2 young boys could've stayed in for hours! Couldn't get the Jacuzzi bubbles to work, but that was OK because we were having so much fun in the pool. VERY reasonably priced--you'll be hard-pressed to find a better deal in Orlando for the quality of house you get. Both the owners & the property managers were easy to work with & very responsive. Shopping & the Interstate conveniently nearby; but again, you would never know based on how quiet & secluded the neighborhood seemed. They quickly refunded our security deposit after the vacation--no issues. Overall, a great place for a family vacation!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

We rented this home from April 17-22, 2010. Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful, clean, spacious, & well maintained. The pool & spa are fantastic. We purchased the pool heat & the temperature was perfect. The property management staff was available & helpful. Shopping & restaurants were close by & convenient. We would recommend this property to anyone & hope to return again next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

This property was absolutely awesome! I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We used this property as a Girls Getaway and what a treat it was. The home was very well maintained. The pool was incredible at 85+ degrees. We paid for heating the pool, but because of Mother Nature this year, we were not able to use it the first 3 or 4 days. The management company was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They made sure that pool made it up to temp so we could enjoy it. We had a problem with one of the toilets, and someone was over the same afternoon to fix it. This home will make your vacation the best you ever had! The location is perfect....just off I-4 and US 27. Tons of shopping and restaurants within 5 miles of the property without all the Orlando/ Disney traffic and tourists, BUT if you are a Disney visitor, this property is very close to the entrance of many of the parks. We are looking forward to staying at this property again next year!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

This vacation home was not only open and comfortable but very clean and well appointed. Centrally located to all the theme parks. Very secure, gated community. The owners and management company are the best to communicate with. Already planning next year's stay! You won't be disappointed with this home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
