Ali'i Palms decor is Island Style and is the upper level of a family home. It is fully functional as its own unit and offers the utmost in privacy. Even though you have neighbors, you will never know they exist due to the lay of the land and landscaping.
From the lanai, drink a cup of Kona Coffee and watch the daily joggers, walkers, bikers, and surfers as they travel the royal road (Ali'i means Royal) which runs along the Pacific Ocean of the Kona Coast.
The Ohana, family consists of the kitchen, dining and living room in one space, offering you the ability to socialize and interact with your family, while taking in the view. If you need some space and solitude, retreat to one of the ample sized rooms, each with its own sitting area as well as a queen-size bed. The Ginger Room has it's own bath, while the Pineapple room has a view of the mountains.
We also have surfboards, a two man kayak, bicycles and snorkel equipment for your enjoyment. For surf lessons or scuba lessons, give us a call we can set it up for you. This and much much more.
