Welcome to Edgewater 114! World-class Architecture (think French Riviera), on the most beautiful white sand beaches and emerald green waters. This beautiful 2 BR 2 BA ground floor condominium has just undergone a complete renovation. All new EVERYTHING! Stainless appliances, beautiful granite counter tops, new lighting, floors, cabinets, paint, etc. Only steps to the beach, pool and the famous grounds of Edgewater.
There is nothing easier for families then the ground floor condo. Large patio, and fabulous views. This condo really does 'have it all'. The photos of the condo are evidence of the extent of the construction, with new photos being added as they become available. We will be ready for July 3rd week and look forward to having our first guest!

Just got back from a 2 week stay at Edgewater and loved every minute of it! We honestly did not want to leave. The condo is exactly as pictured, except now there are leather couches in the living room. What was not pictured is how perfectly situated the condo is in the complex, it is 10 steps from the stairs to the beach and pool area. the lawn was a perfect play area for our children (ages 3 and 1). They could run around to their hearts content and the easy access to everything was perfect for us, we didn't have to worry about carting all our beach toys and towels down the halls and elevators, we were right there! The condo complex was beautiful and large with lots of green space and tons of space at the pools and beach, and my 3 year old loved the playground. The only downside was that the beach service (chairs and umbrellas at the beach) was not included. Oh, and bring or buy a sharp knife, because the ones in the condo are the pits! We will most definitely be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We went there for our honeymoon in October 2010 and had a fantastic time. The renter, Susan, gave us some great tips on where to eat, shop, and things to do. The condo is in an awkward building, with confusing parking, but once we got there we loved the inside, the easy close access to the beach, and the condo was spacious, clean, and had great updates made to it. You cant see the beach from the windows, but once you step out on the patio, you can see the beach. It's the closest condo to the beach in that building, and it's right beside the pool and hot tub! It's not a "romantic" place, but it is BEACHY, clean, and very accomodating. We look forward to going back! Thanks for everything Susan, you have been great!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
