Year Purchased: 1986
About the owner: I am retired from the Music business and lived in this property for over 20 years. I now live out of state and enjoy visiting often. There is NO place quite like South Beach. I love the funkiness and eclectic mix of businesses and people in our little neighborhood. Most people have lived and worked here for many years and it is always like coming home each time I visit.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
When in Miami, I always check out the local live music scene; there is a lot happening from Fort Lauderdale to South Beach to downtown Miami and the Keys. With many musician friends and clients, I love to catch up on the latest sounds and clubs. When i wake from a night on the town, I cant wait for my cafe con leche at the corner Cuban cafe.
