LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This main level, two bedroom, two bath condo is located on the tenth hole of the Summit Golf Course. Tennis courts and the Arnold Palmer Grill are also located right out your back door. Sit on your private deck and enjoy the spectacular view! The Timberline Shops are just steps away along with the Main Summit Lodge which has been completely renovated this past winter! You will find the indoor and outdoor pools, dining at the restaurant, and Health Club/Spa as well. With this rental you will also have access to the private Beach Club on Lake Bellaire. This is a very relaxing beach setting with playground, basketball courts, picnic tables and activity center.

Shanty Creek Resort is one of Northern Michigan's most popular Golf and Ski resort destinations. You can enjoy golfing from Mid April through Mid October and skiing from Thanksgiving through Mid March, weather permitting.

Golf one of four championship courses on the resort including "The Legend" designed by Arnold Palmer and the new "Cedar Run" designed by Tom Weiskopf, along with Schuss Mountain and Summit golf courses, or visit one of the many championship golf courses nearby such as "The Chief."

Skiing/snowboarding is just out the door and short walk to the Summit ski slopes with it's new extreme tubing run and snowboard park. Or, catch the courtesy shuttle for a ten minute ride to the Schuss Mountain ski slopes. The New Schuss Mountain now offers a 450 foot vertical, new runs, snowboard park, and five new quad chairs. For cross country skiers you can enjoy 30 km of groomed cross-country trails for the beginner or advanced skier.

Enjoy Lake Bellaire Beach Club in the summer or beautiful Torch Lake nearby. Boat, Pontoon and Jet-ski rentals or available at local marinas.
