  The house is amazing. We had 19 people and there was more than enough room. Cheryl from Island Realty saved the day as the house had many maintenance issues, (maybe as a result of being the 1st renters in for the season), but she responded immediately and we all had a fabulous Easter holiday. Thank you Cheryl.

  House was perfect for reunion of 18 friends 40 years after many of us graduated from college. Kitchen was perfect for group cooking and gathering. Media room was great for "girls" night out watching DVDs made for the occasion while the guys watched football on TV in the living room. Even though a little cool in December, outdoor fireplace and deck were able to be enjoyed. House was well-equipped with everything you could need.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Our family arrived from all over the country and could not have found a better home to spend the week together. There were 19 family members ranging in ages 2 to 95! The kitchen was great for preparing large meals and we loved being able to all sit together at the large dining room table. The whole house is spectacular and its location on the Island is perfect. The low tides were great and we enjoyed riding bikes on the beach at that time. There was plenty of comfortable space for everyone and the views and sunsets were breath taking. We had a few mechanical issues but the maintenance team were very responsive. I would highly recommend this home and would rent it again.

  My family and I, together with some friends rented 106 Ocean Boulevard for a family wedding in a nearby golf club. Everything was perfect for us at this house; we could not have been happier. It is a beautiful house in a superb location and is fitted with absolutely everything we could possibly have needed. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property.

  What a spectacular weekend we had at your home! There were 22 of us and we never felt crowded. We loved the open floor plan and the view was amazing! Nothing like being front beach and watching the sunset from the deck. Once we were there, we never left. All meals were prepared in your fabulous kitchen and we were all able to sit together at the huge dining room table. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Wonderful memories! Hopefully we'll be back next year!

  For one week each year for 3 years now we have extended family and friends stay at this incredible home on the SC beach and Isle of Palms. This house has a grand first impression when you walk into the main living area off the massive front porch. It is truly a panoramic view of the dunes and beach in back but what's even more impressive is the huge deck designed for entertaining outdoors. It has a birds eye view of the private swimming pool and jacuzzi with plenty of room for relaxing privately or having the whole household together in one place. Each guest bedroom has it's own amenities and private bath. The fixtures and furniture are clean and comfortable including a "media" room with flat screen and game controls for the kids. The main living area and open kitchen has enough sitting room for as many as 20 people or more without feeling the least bit crowded. A great layout for serving up buffet style dinners for everyone. The cul de sac location is quiet and has it's own sand volleyball court in front and getting into the small tropical town to shop or eat is only 5 minutes away. Even the photos of this beach house do not do it justice. Check it out for yourselves and bring plenty of family and friends with you!

  My husband and I have rented this home for our family vacation for the last six years, The family is comprised of four grown daughters, spouses and seven grandchildren. The home was renovated and enlarged three years ago. This house has all the ammenities that anyone would need from the oversized, servicable kitchen area, dining table that accomodates up to twenty and nine private, roomy bedrooms and baths The family room is large and comfy. The outside deck has a lovely covered area with a fireplace. Sunrise and sunset views as well as the ocean are outstanding. We just returned and have made our plans to book next summer for our seventh year.

  We recently rented this house for an off site company meeting. It is incredible, and now I'm looking into renting it for a summer family gathering. Everything about the property is fantastic. I've never stayed at a home so tastefully furnished and carefully kept. The porches overlooking the ocean and beach, the pool and patio area with fireplace, the amazing kitchen, and all the bedrooms are just perfect. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking to rent a unique property in one of the most beautiful settings you'll find. The easy access to downtown Charleston, local restaurants and recreational activities was an additional plus.

  Our family of 10 adults and 7 children/babies (all under the age of 3) recently spent a week at this fabulous home on the Isle of Palms. The house was so comfortable and perfectly met our needs. Fortunely the weather was beautiful and we were able to enjoy the pool and spent hours enjoying the view on the huge deck facing the ocean. Each family took a night to cook and everyone enjoyed the spacious kitchen to work in. Our little ones played on the back deck the entire week and had such a great time. In every way this home was perfect for our large, growing family... the only negative was that we had to pack up and leave!

4th OF JULY WEEK is $22,000 for the week

THANKSGIVING must be rented for the full week

50% due upon signing of the contract and the remaining 50% is due 60 days from day of rental.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

Please add 20.5% taxes and fees to all rates. Cleaning and linens are included in the 20.5%. What is not included is $50/day to heat the spa or $100/day to heat the pool and spa. (Please note: December-February pool cannot be heated because outside temp is usually too cold for it to reach the desired temperature.) f you wish to have damage insurance it is $69 and covers up to $3,000 in damages.
