Spring: Mem Day to June 29, 2009 $275/nt or $1,650/week (stay 7, pay for 6)
Summer: June 30 to August 28, 2009 $300/night  weekly only Sat to Sat
Fall: August 29 to Oct 14, 2009  $275/nt or $1,650/week (stay 7, pay for 6)
All rentals of less than 4 nights require an $80 Cleaning Fee.
We have a 30-60 day cancellation policy depending on time of year.
There is a $50 cancellation fee.

  • I just want to thank you for the comforts that were provided for our stay December 24 until the 28th. The tree was absolutely beautiful and the poinsiettas and extra Christmas decorations in the bedrooms were a very nice extra touch. The cottage was everything we had hoped for amd more. Watching the storms roll in were spectacular. We had a wonderful Christmas. I wanted to bring the beds home with me, they were so comfortable. We hope to book it at another time.   • Unbelievable, Spectacular vacation.What did we enjoy most: Was it: Doug or Jill the immaculate house or Phyllis maybe the cheese , these were all high up but the jewel in the crown was the sound of the waves!   • "Best cottage in Oceanside. Has all the extra touches you will not find in a normal rental. We felt and inhaled the glorious Oregon clean ocean in this perfect setting, and oh yes, we exchanged our wedding vows in it too!!
