All rentals of less than 4 nights require an $80 Cleaning Fee.
We have a 30-60 day cancellation policy depending on time of year.

"Best cottage in Oceanside. Has all the extra touches you will not find in a normal rental. We felt and inhaled the glorious Oregon clean ocean in this perfect setting, and oh yes, we exchanged our wedding vows in it too!! We will see you for our 5 year anniversary. . if we can wait that long " Mark & Ruth/ Arizona

A charming cottage with bedrooms upstairs and down, giving two couples or other combination real privacy on a friends/family vacation. Nestled near a massive cliff on a beautiful beach and looking out at rock formations beyond the the surf gave the elements treasured on the Oregon Coast. Few towns or communities we saw along the coast could match these qualities. An aside to artisans: the handrail going upstairs is a nearly an ode to perfection.

In our party there were 6 adults, 2 infants and a toddler and this place accomadated us all perfectly. There was plenty of room to set up portable cribs in the rooms and enough space to keep even an toddler busy. The kitchen was amazingly stocked with all the types of pots and pan one could ever need! The view from the deck is spectacular and we were fortunate enough to be there when paragliders were landing on the beach right in front of us...amazing to watch their grace!! I would recommend this place to friends and family in thr future and know that we will be coming back again with the family in the future.

We loved our stay at the cottage. We stayed a week and even though it rained often we still had fun in our cozy home away from home. By the way, there is no espresso machine. Good thing there is "Brewin' in the Wind"! Thanks, Cathy(Grandma), Brian, Tammy, Caitlyn, Brittany, Brant, Heidi, Emily, & Matthew

I just want to thank you for the comforts that were provided for our stay December 24 until the 28th. The tree was absolutely beautiful and the poinsiettas and extra Christmas decorations in the bedrooms were a very nice extra touch. The cottage was everything we had hoped for amd more. Watching the storms roll in were spectacular. We had a wonderful Christmas. I wanted to bring the beds home with me, they were so comfortable. We hope to book it at another time. Unbelievable, Spectacular vacation.What did we enjoy most: Was it: Doug or Jill the immaculate house or Phyllis maybe the cheese , these were all high up but the jewel in the crown was the sound of the waves!
