Relax and enjoy nature’s hand & the special mystique of Key West. Our beautifully decorated cottage has an open floor plan with large rooms, high ceilings and lots of light. Our cottage has a newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. An addition with a bedroom and bath make the cottage comfortable and inviting. Spend your mornings sipping "coffee con leche" on the veranda that overlooks a tropical garden and spacious back yard.
We are in a gated compound, shared with 10 other cottages. It has an 15' X 40' heated pool at the center. We are located in Old Town within bicycling distance to beaches and down town Key West. We have a King and Queen bed and Queen sleeper-sofa (Sleeps 6). There is a TV and DVD in LR and each BR has a TV. This is a non-smoking house. We allow dogs under 30 pounds.

About the owner: We are retired and enjoy travelling to warm beach areas. We like a relaxed atmosphere, good restaurants and entertainment.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Old Town:
We rented different places in Key West for 20 years and finally decided to buy in 2001. We like the location, close enough to everything but still in a quiet neighborhood.

We enjoy the friendly atmosphere of living on the compound. Owners and guests are friendly and share their diverse views from all over the country and the world. The pool is fantastic.
