Conquistador Condominiums are located in St. Augustine Shores, a quiet mixed residential area. Our unit is on the 2nd, top floor. The lanai faces a private, wooded area. We are only 15 minutes away from either downtown St. Augustine or Crescent Beach. St. Augustine Shores includes a golf course. Grocery stores, gas stations, and more are conveniently located right outside the St. Augustine Shores subdivision.
Easy access to sightseeing, shopping, water activities and more. Visit America's oldest existing city. See Ponce deLeon's Fountain of Youth, take a winery tour, visit Flagler College, or just sit on the beach and watch the waves. Great restaurants and activities.

We came to St Augustine for a family reunion from 6/27/12 to 7/4/12. We have 3 children for a total of 5 in our family. Typically we all fit in one hotel room but it is always so cramped. When we arrived we were delighted with the layout of the condo. The floorplan is great and the two large bathrooms were a big plus for us. The sparkling pool is just a few steps away and the condo is close to restaurants, Walmart and the beach! We called the owner Dan a few times with minor questions and he was always very nice and easy to deal with. We highly recomend this condo and we will be back again! Thanks Dan and Melinda!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

We have been vacationing in St Augustine every winter since 1993 & this is by far and away the best value that we have experienced. Although we never met the owners we found them to be the most gracious hosts. Everything was as advertised & them some. The condo was fully stocked & was extremely clean. The Conqistadors are just beautiful & serene. We highly recommend this location. We don't remember ever have felt at home as we did on this vacation. There are too many attractions & restaurants to list here but a few restaurants we would reccomend are Harrys', Creekside' & Mango Mango's. Every year we travel up to the St. John River to Six Mile Creek to The Outback Crabshack. to enjoy Cajun Seafood at it's best.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Highly recommend! Bright clean lovely condo with all the amenities of home--and then some. Nice screened in deck overlooking woods to sit and relax and read. There were even an assortment of books. Quiet community. Lots to see and do or just relax. Both the old historic town of St Augustine and the shopping malls are about 15 minutes away. The town was lite up in white lights for the holiday season. For dining try LePavillion in St Augustine. The rack of lamb is superb.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Highly recommended! Our family always vacations in condos or homes, and after 35 years of vacation homes around the world, I can honestly say that this was the best-equipped out of any I've stayed in! From the kitchen to beach toys to little things like rubber bands and scotch tape⦠it was all there. The unit itself is bright and clean, and the balcony overlooks a lovely wooded area, making it perfect for relaxing. The development has beautiful landscaping, walking and biking paths and two great pools.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: We first visited St. Augustine 20 years ago. 8 years ago we visited again and fell in love with this great little town all over again. There is always something happening. You can be as busy as you want or as relaxed as you want. The restaurants are great and we really enjoy all the wonderful seafood.
