Picnics, beachcombing, and sunny days at Steps Beach are a two-minute walk away, as are touch football and kite flying on the green of Lincoln Circle. Come home to a pleasant outdoor shower. In the evening enjoy cocktails on the porch or deck; in the morning awaken to birdsong in the thick growth of trees and shrubs that border the property.
Walk or bike to public tennis courts, fishing, windsurfing, and kayaking at Jetties Beach and Brant Point, or to shopping and dining in Nantucket Town. It is an easy drive to the airport, supermarket, south shore beaches, golf courses, Siasconset, and Madaket.
