Hilton Head Resort is the best value on the island and this NEW, DESIGNER DECORATED two bedroom, two bath unit is one of the nicest at Hilton Head Resort! It has just been remodeled (July 2010) and will be available for rental in July. The kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops and stainless appliances. All furniture and bedding is new and has a bright and cheerful beach themed décor. We are located in the preferred Building One which surrounds the main pool and is adjacent to our private access to the ocean.
There is no smoking inside the villa but smoking is allowed on our comfortable balcony that has a grden view of the resort. The pool has an adjoining grill/convenience store with WiFi internet capabilities, bike rentals and more. The deli food is quite good and beer and wine is available. Beach toys and boogie boards, etc. are also available.
Our gated resort is centrally located and has 24 hour security. Enjoy our amenities which include two outdoor pools and one heated indoor pool with kiddie pool which is located at our great year round recreation center. This facility also includes a fitness center, hot tub and sauna, and an indoor track. Not in the mood for a swim or work out …Not to worry because our resort also has 6 lighted tennis courts. All amenities are available free of charge to all guests.
It is a short leisurely walk over the marsh on our private boardwalk (or you can hop on the resort's beach shuttle)that ends at Coco's On the Beach, a quaint little 'oasis'; and steps beyond that is the nicest beach you will find on Hilton Head Island. Along the way, enjoy the scenic saltwater marsh which is abundant with wildlife, including egrets, herons and crabs. You will never worry about crowds at this beach and it is truly beautiful.
Golf is just steps away with The Robert Trent Golf Course (located next to the property). This course is famous for the #10 ocean hole. The view approaching the hole is spectacular and can be viewed from our oceanfront grill, “Cocos”. This private cabana has restrooms, food and drink and is good place to take a break from the sun or wait out a brief rain shower.

The "Extreme Makeover" condo was fabulous! In our opinion it is the most beautiful unit in the complex. The owners did not cut any corners when they refinished their unit. We will definitely make this an annual event for our family making sure we always book this unit. The owners were great - always striving to please our wishes! I would recommend this unit - unquestionably!

My family has vacationed at Hilton Head Resort for the last six years. We have never found a condo that we would like to go back to, until now. Bill and his family have outdone themselves on this vacation home. First of all, the air conditioner worked beautifully! That's one of the biggest things we look for in a place. The kitchen was fully stocked with new appliances and all of the cookware that we needed. Love the decor throughout the condo. Every room had beautiful pictures and decorations that made it feel like home. The living room was wonderful. We actually brought our Wii with us to play. Worked great. The master bed/bath were my favorite. The bed was so comfortable, the side tables and dresser were professionally built. They weren't like the other condo's we have been to, where they are all falling apart. These will hold up for years and years. LOVE IT! The bathroom tile! Oh my goodness. It was very nice. The shower head, even the toilet (which was very quiet), were great. It's the little details to everything that made this place excellent. The kids had plenty of room in the other bedroom. The tv's in each room helped us out. The beach toys and beach buggy were of great use. We loved the beach chairs, too. We didn't have to bring ours with us. Again, thank you for opening your vacation home to us. We will be back next year. The Simmons family

10 out of 10. The property as well as the surrounding attractions were great. It seemed as though everyone in the condo complex felt the same way. Everyone was friendly and were quick to say hello. We would not hesitate to come back and are planning our return for next year. This property is laid out very well, the newly renovated condo was spacious enough for our family and very comfortable. It overlooks the pool which was very nice. The property has an indoor pool which our kids loved. Our vacation was a great relaxing experience.

Dear Bill, Your condo was as beautiful as the pictures presented it. The kitchen and bathrooms were gorgeous. I cooked a lot of meals in your kitchen and found everything to be convenient and pretty well equipped except no lids for the frying pans. Your appliances were great. The bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, your condo is conveniently located in the resort, close to the laundry and elevator, a beautiful view of the pool every time you go out the door. It was one of the nicest that we looked at on line from HHR. It is super clean and looks like something on HGTV. We would rent it again in a heartbeat. If we ever come to Hilton Head again, we definitely would want to stay at your place. Not only is your condo convenient within the resort, the resort itself is so convenient to everything on the island. We took bike rides to Palmetto Dunes, Shelter Cove, Port Royal and one out to the airport. We had a great time. Also, because the outdoor pools and ocean were so cold in February and March, we made great use of the indoor pool and the hot tub. My husband and I were both a little sad to leave, but are so happy to be home with family.

We stayed in the Condo to attend our son's Marine Graduation in Parris Island in January. We found the condo to be lovely, and clean as a whistle! Very cozy. The condo is 2BR, the guest bedroom has twin beds which are basically for small children. My 6 ft child had a hard time with the length of the bed but slept diagonally and still slept great! Very close to dining, beach, etc, and not a bad drive to Parris Island. Hubby and I will be back, this time without the kids!!!!! LOL......Great accomodations!

We did enjoy our stay on Hilton Head Island and in your condo. The accommodations fit us great and we were very happy. We did leave some sand toys to add to your beach collection since we did not want to take them on the plane. We also enjoyed a mini golf place that was near a carrabas italian grill (around mile 4 or 5 maybe) that was fun for a family activity. Our kids and myself liked the huge ice cream place in Cologny plaza which I cannot remember the name of but it had like 90 flavors. Thank you again and best of luck with your condo in the future.
