Our privately owned detached villa with private pool is located at Crescent Lakes, Kissimmee a residential community approximately 20 minutes to Disney World and within easy reach of all the main attractions& Golf courses. This location is secluded and tranquil, yet close enough to all the major attractions in Central Florida.
This villa enjoys an enviable location, mostly occupied by local residents.
Crescent Lakes also has good facilities for families, such as basket/volley ball courts, children’s play areas, purpose built B.B.Q areas, lakes for fishing etc all within the immediate locality.
Our villa is fully furnished to a very high standard throughout,& has new leather sofas throughout (late 2010)
The villa benefits from a 55 inch digital TV complete with a multi region DVD in the family room and TV’s in all bedrooms so do feel free to bring with you your children’s favorite DVD’s.
The villa has two big comfortable living areas, large fully equipped kitchen and commercial size automatic washer, separate dryer, iron and ironing board.
3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms including a master with en suite, and one twin bedded room, a further bathroom ,hairdryers, all linens, towels etc are provided.... in fact everything you need for a happy holiday.
We also provide High Speed Internet access for guests who wish to bring their laptops.
Wake up in the morning & access our beautiful south facing fully screened pool, straight from the master bedroom. The lake allows our guests to enjoy some of the wonderful birds and wildlife Florida has to offer,right in your own back yard !!
