  Ray, on behalf of myself and my family, I wanted to say that we really enjoyed our stay at your condo. This was our familiy's first trip to Orlando, Disney and Universal and your condo was close enough to all of the action to make for very convienient trips back and forth everyday. The condo was very well keep with really nice accomodations to have us four adults and 2 kids comfortably. I would definitely contact you again on our next trip and recommend it to anyone I know.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This unit is always very clean, with up to date appliances, bedding, tables, counter tops, furnishing. The owner takes great pride in keeping the unit attractive for the guests. It's close to all major attractions, shopping, public transportation and restaurants. I have stayed here for the past three years when I visit Florida, wouldn't stay anywhere else.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We had a rough experience with a condo rental in Colorado, but were willing to try the experience one more time. We lucked out! The condo was in excellent condition with upgraded carpet, counters, fixtures. The owner took great care in making this condo a special place for guests - we had a fabulous stay, and highly recommend the place, especially for families. It was a little further to Universal/Islands of Adventure than we thought, but was REALLY close to all the Disney Parks and Sea World. It was quiet and comfortable, and was loaded with amenities; close to shopping and lots of different types of restaurants off Rt 192. Thank you, Ray, for making our Orlando experience a terrific one. We are "locals" in a sense, traveling only from Jacksonville, FL. We look forward to many return visits...just need to find available dates! The Schmitts

  We highly recommend this condo. The property is very comfortable and clean. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 but could accomodate more. It was so much better than a hotel because everybody could have there own room. We would have paid so much more at a hotel so it was a GREAT deal.

  This condo was so wonderful! When we arrived everything was perfectly clean. The condo has granite counter tops and is very up to date with furnishings. There are nice flat screen TVs in every room. It is very spacious and is perfect for any couple or family looking to spend some time in Florida. This place is right down the street from the disney parks, and just 15 minutes from downtown Orlando, which is great for drinks and dining. Ray is extremely helpful and sets you up for your perfect Florida vacation. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Ray!

  Great place to spend the winter. This unit is very well equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable without having to bring many additional supplies from home. The owner is great and takes pride in his units as you can tell by the condition of the unit.

  I stayed at this lovely villa with 2 adults and 3 teenagers and we had plenty of room! The house was clean, comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked making it easy to enjoy home cooking while away from home. Villa is located within minutes of supermarkets and stores. This is the only way to vacation, I would most definitely recommend this rental to any family taking vacation.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We stayed over the memorial day weekend 2011, and this is by far the best room I have stayed at in the Orlando area. Unless you enjoy staying in cramped studio style hotel rooms, you should call Ray, because you will not find a more comfortable stay for less money. I know I'm calling him for my next trip!
