Upstairs has a bedroom with queen, den/office with TV/cable/WiFi and full bath - awesome views of Estero Bay, including Morro Rock!
Back yard has charcoal BBQ, lawn and separate Pet area with access from full kitchen. Outside shower clears the sand away! Cheerful 50's hospitality is the keynote of this kitchen and dining area! Adjacent sun room has sliding glass door and skylight!

What you want and what you get can be surprising in nice ways. I loved this house from the first chance I had to view it. It was competitive with local hotel rooms (pet-friendly)... and the main bathroom - complete with glass-cage shower and adjacent bathtub - was half the size of an average hotel room. Overall, I loved my 3-day visit here. The internet pics were a bit unkind to the actual house, and distracted me from some of the incredible features this home offers to the short-time visitor: ocean view, quiet neighborhood, easy access to beach (across street and down stairs), copious space and comfort... Normally I prefer to locate myself within walking distance of restaurants... This time, sans wife, I enjoyed living a mile outside of outside from the hustle and bustle of Cayucos (ha!) and cooked in my own kitchen. The night I did eat in Cayucos - the first night - I found the mile into town not challenging (imagine that!)... High recommendations.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.
