About the owner: We are a family of three, with an eleven year old daughter. As she continues to grow and her activities have expanded into daily practices and a busy school schedule, we decided to rent for the first time in 2011. She certainly is worth every long distance tournament drive and early morning practice on the hockey rink oval! We had taken advantage of long stays over the years when she was young and watched her experience incredible family bonds with visiting relatives and friends. Plus we charish our own family time we have at Pelican Sound.

We chose Pelican Sound because of the beautiful grounds, wonderful weather and fabulous people. Our building and neighbors are far the best in Pelican Sound. Our President of our association just upgraded our grounds and did a spectacular job, giving it a glorious facelift compared to no other! Plus you can't go wrong with our centrally located condo. Walking distance to all activities, golf, tennis, River Club pool and fitness center, Boat Launch and the Island Sound pool. We bought our condo on our first trip down to Florida in 2002 and our decision to purchase has exceeded all of our expectations. We love it here!
