Ahoy Mate! Set sail for a luxurious vacation in a new 3BR 3BA home)located in Emerald Waters Village. Emerald Sails has exceptional details such as travertine and hickory wood floors, granite and travertine countertops, stainless appliances and a stand alone ice maker to keep all your favorite drinks nice and frosty. WI-FI so you can surf the net or check email with your laptop.
The ground floor, master and tower room are all decorated in a nautical theme and it’s Aloha Destin in the Hawaiian themed bunk room. The bedding consists of master, queen, four bunk beds and a sleeper sofa; sleeps 10. All rooms have TV and DVD players. The LR and kid’s room also have VHS players. "KID" friendly home with pack-n-play, safety gate and high chair provided with rental. Great for family vacations and/or vacation with friends. We also have an outside shower to use after the pool or to wash the sand off from the beach.
Take in the sea breezes and escape to your own Margaritaville as you enjoy the views of the area from one of the porches or balconies on all three levels of Emerald Sails. The sunsets are spectacular from the third level balcony! When it’s time for cooling off in the two community pools it’s out the door and just around the corner to the southern pool and not much farther to the northern pool. The crystal white sands of the Gulf are less than five minutes from your front porch.
Don’t worry about huge crowds on the beach because the beach area is private. We’ve also got a beach caddy and wagon to help get those little sailors and all your riggings out to the sea. We also have a bike that you can use. Scenic 98 also has walking/bike paths for those early morning or late evening strolls along the beach and it's less than five minutes from your door.
Emerald Waters Village is an exclusive gated community located in the Frangista Beach area of greater Destin. You’re minutes from countless top notch restaurants, top rated golf courses, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, The Track, Big Kahunas Water Park and most any other Destin attraction.
