Our beautiful home, "Anuhea Mau Loa " (everlasting fragrance), is unit # 5307 in the Cliffs Resort, located on 22 acres of beautifully landscaped and natural vegetation in the heart of the spectacular Princeville Resort, recognized world wide for its Golf Courses, Bali - Hai Mountain, waterfall, and Hanalei Bay views.

Come to a place where graceful ocean waves and peaceful tropical breezes carry the sweet scent of plumeria and mock orange and accompany the sounds of relaxing Hawaiian music in a true tropical paradise. We overlook the blue Pacific Ocean from a third floor location, giving wonderful views of sunrises and sunsets. Facing directly north into the ocean from the Princeville Cliffs with great views of the ever-changing beauty of Kauai, including whales and birds of all kinds.

Featuring a very large master suite with TV, a California King bed, full bath with tub and shower combination, a large, covered, private lanai with beautiful mountain and garden views. Soaring cathedral ceilings and large rooms provide a spacious environment. Equipped with truly comfortable furniture and beds, and eight-foot doors throughout, even basketball players will feel comfortable here.

The living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen have another large, covered, private lanai facing due north, which provides sunrise and sunset views over the ocean. There is a loft with two full-size beds, a TV, and VCR. The loft is equipped with an office desk and a DSL connected computer with a multifunction printer to surf the Internet or carry out your business affairs. Downstairs off the living area is another full bath with a tub and shower combination, allowing four guests total privacy.
