WELCOME TO Warmth of the Sun located at 38 Endless Summer Way W, Seacrest Beach, FL, 32413, a luxury home in the World famous Beaches of South Walton. The exclusive and private family friendly community of Seacrest Beach Resort is home to Warmth of the Sun. With deeded Beach access (approximately 200 yards) walking distance to shops, restaurants, spa and bars. Just call the Free Seacrest Beach Shuttle to be picked up or dropped off at the Beach, shops of Seacrest or to the largest pool on 30A. Lagoon Pool is 12,000 square feet with multi layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and plenty of area by the pool with lounge chairs provided.
Enter the well lit main ground floor doorway into a welcoming living area with a kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances, including a blender, toaster oven, microwave, crock-pot, coffee maker and all the amenities a gourmet cook would desire. While making yourself some lunch in the kitchen, don’t forget to stop and sign the guest book and share your memories of your vacation with us! The first floor houses a half bathroom in the hallway. The house is equipped with a front loading washer & dryer located down the hall in the laundry room. Outside of the laundry room is a gas fired “Char Griller”. Completing the first floor is a Queen bedroom with a full private bathroom, 32” HD flat screen TV with built-in Blu-ray DVD player and private patio.
The remaining three bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is a Queen bedroom with a 32” HD flat screen TV with built-in Blu-ray DVD player that shares a full bathroom with the bunk room. The bunk room houses a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. The master suit has a king bed and a 32” HD flat screen TV with built-in Blu-ray DVD player and has well as a luxurious private bathroom with a large whirlpool tub and a separate soothing “rain fall” shower. All bedrooms have their own private balcony. Also located in the hallway is a selection of books, DVD movies, games and jigsaw puzzles.
Enjoy the loft at the top of the stairs with a second living area. This spacious living area has a 42” flat screen TV with Blu Ray DVD player, dining /game-playing table, wet bar with wine chiller and microwave. It also has a Queen size futon for extra sleeping and a full bathroom. The 3rd floor porch with a table and chair allows you to view the beautiful sunset.
**For the comfort and enjoyment of ALL guests, Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed at Warmth of the SUN.
Beach Rentals of Florida provides all concierge services through LiveWell Bikes and Concierge for our guests. This includes bike rentals, golf cart rentals, airport transportation, grocery shopping, beach fire setups, fishing charters (Gulf or Bay), kayak rentals, baby sitters, restaurant reservations and recommendations, mid stay cleaning if needed, spa services, etc. The list goes on and on. Seacrest Beach is a unique neighborhood that provides tram service to the beach or the incredible neighborhood pool from our front door. When you call the tram, you better be ready because it arrives promptly. “Warmth of the Sun” is located in the back of Seacrest Beach, but is extremely easy to get to.

The is a 12,000 square foot neighborhood pool with hundreds of lounge chairs calling for you to sun in while others enjoy the large fresh water pool.
The house provides 4 bedrooms for a large family to enjoy the beach together. Vacationing can’t be any better than to be shared with those you love.
The house has five porches, three on the front and two on the back of the house gives everyone a place to escape to and enjoy the tranquil setting.
The house is at the back of the Seacrest Beach, in an incredible quiet and serene location. It backs up to a large nature preserve full of tall pine trees that you can enjoy from the back porches.

We are from Houston and have been vacationing in South Walton County for the last 10 years. We love: the white sugar sand beaches, the emerald green crystal clear water, the peace and serenity of 30A, the feeling of stepping back in time, riding bikes, walking the beach, frequenting the family owned and operated Florida restaurants and businesses, and the hometown friendly feeling and unique architecture of each neighborhood. Simply put, it is just Paradise and we now come as often as we can.
After all our visits, we finally bought and set-up “Warmth of the Sun” with all the amenities we wanted when coming to the beach. We know that you’ll find everything that you will need to enjoy your stay.

This house was amazing for our girls weekend. It has everything you could want. Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms even for a large group and ideal for 'girls weekend'. We road bikes EVERYWHERE because the area is designed for biking. The beach is pristine and gorgeous. Seacrest is adorable with it's Tommy Bahama 'feel'. and the pool area is like none other. Rosemary Beach was a stone's throw on a bike and has amazing restaurants and shops. George's at Alys Beach, again an easy bike ride was so good we ate there 3 times. So many options for all kinds of vacations... You will fall in love with this area and the house is amply named 'The Warmth of the Sun' because it truly is a warm and inviting place...

The home is very comfortable and had a floor plan that was well suited for our family members (ie. older teen, younger kids and in-laws). The kitchen was very well equiped with everything we needed to prepare food and dine in. Would have preferred to have a TV in each bedroom - especially the two masters. Very clean and well maintained.

This property met every expectation and more! Staff was very patient, flexible, and understanding when changes had to be made with the dates. Personal delivery of information at check in was wonderful. Carson was always available to answer questions or make dinner suggestions!

There were so many great things about this house and the area it’s hard to know where to start. The house is amazing. Plenty of room and they have thought of everything a family would need. The neighborhood is awesome, pool and amenities are first class and the beach is fabulous. Great restaurants, shops, spas – everything to make a perfect vacation. Close to the airport a real plus. Simply one of the best and most relaxing vacations I’ve ever had and we expect many more at the ‘Warmth of the Sun’…

I stayed here the first week of August and had a fabulous time! We went through the management company and arranged for someone to pick us up upon our arrival at the airport and Josh was there to meet us on-time (even though our flight was delayed). We had also requested that we have two bikes delivered and there they were when we pulled up to the fantastic house! The Warmth of the Sun was a wonderful place to stay during our trip, the owners thought of every amenity we would possibly need! The kitchen was well stocked with many tools and we cooked delicious dinners every night. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the board games and movie collection were great to have. We frequented the pool a lot and also called the trolley to pick us up and take us to the beach front which is a few minute cruise through the neighborhood. It was so nice to be able to easily access the pool and beach whenever we liked. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect vacation!
