  This house was amazing for our girls weekend. It has everything you could want. Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms even for a large group and ideal for 'girls weekend'. We road bikes EVERYWHERE because the area is designed for biking. The beach is pristine and gorgeous. Seacrest is adorable with it's Tommy Bahama 'feel'. and the pool area is like none other. Rosemary Beach was a stone's throw on a bike and has amazing restaurants and shops. George's at Alys Beach, again an easy bike ride was so good we ate there 3 times. So many options for all kinds of vacations... You will fall in love with this area and the house is amply named 'The Warmth of the Sun' because it truly is a warm and inviting place...

  The home is very comfortable and had a floor plan that was well suited for our family members (ie. older teen, younger kids and in-laws). The kitchen was very well equiped with everything we needed to prepare food and dine in. Would have preferred to have a TV in each bedroom - especially the two masters. Very clean and well maintained.

  This property met every expectation and more! Staff was very patient, flexible, and understanding when changes had to be made with the dates. Personal delivery of information at check in was wonderful. Carson was always available to answer questions or make dinner suggestions!

  There were so many great things about this house and the area it’s hard to know where to start. The house is amazing. Plenty of room and they have thought of everything a family would need. The neighborhood is awesome, pool and amenities are first class and the beach is fabulous. Great restaurants, shops, spas – everything to make a perfect vacation. Close to the airport a real plus. Simply one of the best and most relaxing vacations I’ve ever had and we expect many more at the ‘Warmth of the Sun’…

  I stayed here the first week of August and had a fabulous time! We went through the management company and arranged for someone to pick us up upon our arrival at the airport and Josh was there to meet us on-time (even though our flight was delayed). We had also requested that we have two bikes delivered and there they were when we pulled up to the fantastic house! The Warmth of the Sun was a wonderful place to stay during our trip, the owners thought of every amenity we would possibly need! The kitchen was well stocked with many tools and we cooked delicious dinners every night. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the board games and movie collection were great to have. We frequented the pool a lot and also called the trolley to pick us up and take us to the beach front which is a few minute cruise through the neighborhood. It was so nice to be able to easily access the pool and beach whenever we liked. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect vacation!
