Our beautiful Seascape beach villa is conveniently located in South Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island. The villa is a mere 5 minute walk to the exquisite sandy beaches of Hilton Head Island and the Atlantic Ocean. There is a private cabana with restrooms and showers which is a wonderful amenity for the exclusive use of Seascape owners and their guests. In addition to it's close proximity to the beach, you will be walking distance to the famous Coligny Plaza with shops, bike rentals, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment.
Our delightful beach villa has been tastefully remodeled to appeal to the most discriminating renter. The first thing you will notice is the charming decor. The bright colors, nautical themes, and “beachy” feel give it a ton of character that is simply not common for a rental property. We consider this villa to be our second home so we take pride in its appearance and keep it immaculately maintained. It has 3 sizable bedrooms (2 kings, 2 sets of bunks and a queen sleeper sofa), 2 full baths, a complete kitchen with all the furnishings, dining table for eight, a comfortable family area, bar with seating for 3, and a private deck overlooking the pool. The 10' by 10' deck has a table and 6 chairs and a gas grill perfect for barbecuing while the kids enjoy the pool just steps away. You will also find a children's playground and lagoon perfect for fishing and feeding turtles across the courtyard as well.
As veteran Hilton Head beach combers, who have rented on the island for the past 10 years, we loved our stay here and know that you will too! This unique home has everything you look for: location, convenience, character, spaciousness, amenities, and affordability. It truly is a little gem!
