  In the process of building a house, my husband and I needed a place to stay for short visits. We stayed in quite a few along 30a and this was our favorite - by far. Working with Pam is so easy. The unit is perfectly decorated and everything you need has been thought about and provided. Nice bed, appliances, dishes, linens. Clean, quiet, and convenient walking distance to food, fun and of course, the beach. Seaglass will be my number one recommendation.

  What a perfect place to celebrate our anniversary! This condo is beautifully decorated with so much attention to every detail. There is lots of space with a full kitchen and a large bathroom. We loved sitting on the huge balcony enjoying the sea breeze. The location is great, very convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping. A short walk to the beach and we saw the most magnificent sunsets, very romantic! We can't wait to get back to Seaglass!

  My husband and I stayed here the first week in July 2012. It was everything we imagined and more!!! We have stayed at the Seacreat Condos for the past three years and this was by far our favorite. Clean, perfect size and great balcony!

  The accommodations at Seaglass are perfect. There is a very comfortable bed, wonderful rain shower and very well appointed. We enjoyed the balcony every morning with a great breeze. It has an extremely great location to Rosemary beach and Seaside. It is a walk to the beach, but not bad at all. The pool and hot tub are an added bonus!! The nearby restaurants were great! La cocino and summer kitchen were very good. La Crema was our favorite!!! We had a wonderful trip and highly recommend Seaglass. Also the owner was very accomdating and easy to work with.

  We have been coming to the beaches of Seacrest/Rosemary for many years, and this by far was the nicest for the price. It was perfect in every way and we are so happy to have stayed at Seaglass! We walked or rode our bikes everywhere, never having to get in the car was nice. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach but it was fine for us because we didn't have any little ones with us. I look foward to staying here again in the future! Dyan and Carlos

  My husband and I stayed here. We fell in love with Seaglass! Tastefully decorated and just enough room for the two of us. Everything we need was located in the unit. The balcony was huge! The pool was great. It was as if we were the only two people at the Inn. Everyone in the area was friendly. The beach access was a short and beautiful walk from the Inn. What a gem in a very upscale area. We can not wait to return. The owners have a special Guest Book with menus of local restaurants, places to shop and things to do. My husband loved the flat screen tv also. Thanks for the stay. It could not have been better.

  My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It's one of the bigger rooms at the Inn at Seacrest and it had a great balcony. The room was decorated very well, so clean and calm. The pool area was really nice and they offer a tram to drive you down to the beach if you don't want to walk. The owners were so easy to rent from and were very prompt and helpful. We'll definitely be back here!

  I truly enjoyed my vacation to Seacrest, Seaside and Rosemary Beaches and in particular, this condo! The condo is conveniently located between Seaside and Rosemary Beaches with shops and restaurants in walking distance. The beach is about a 7 or 8 minute walk, but it's not bad because of the beautiful sights along 30A. The condo was comfortable and the perfect size for a couple. The pool was never crowded and right off of our balcony. Having a full kitchen in a studio condo was great! Next time, we'll bring more food to cook...although we enjoyed eating out at Bud and Alley's, Cafe 30A, The Old FL Fish House, and Wild Olives. The bathroom was a great size...big enough for 2 people to get ready at the same time. The owners were really accomodating and very helpful with restaurant recommendations and things to do! I would definitley recommend this property to friends and family...I already have, actually. We can't wait to go back. It truly is a piece of paradise!

  We stayed at Seaglass in June, a busy time for the 30-A area. The location of this condo is perfectly situated between the upscale, new-urban communities of Alys and Rosemary, offering tons of activities, shopping, and eating within an 8-mile radius. The balcony is one of the biggest and best we have experienced, complete with a cute bistro table for two, a comfortable lounging sofa and coffee table, and two stylish adirondack chairs to kick back in and enjoy a drink while watching the sunset over the horizon. We enjoyed watching the joggers, bikers, and dog-walkers on the trail beside 30-A, and the views looking out over the Gulf and the pool were great. It felt as though we had our own private giant pool and hot-tub; there were never any loud guests or annoyances around the condo. The interior is also very nicely decorated, one of the most stylish condos we have stayed in on 30-A. The soft white cottage décor felt so cozy and clean, and the comfortable queen bed and well-appointed linens and towels were nice touches. There was enough storage for everything, and wireless internet and flat-screen TV added to the amenities. If you know this area as well as we do, you will appreciate the quiet and relaxed feel of Seaglass, offering a luxurious retreat within reach of everything you can imagine on a beach vacation.

  Seaglass condo is aptly named! The cool, soothing waters of the sea meet the smooth, crystal clear atmosphere in this crispy clean, well appointed interior. We had a girls weekend that we won't soon forget thanks to the Seaglass owners. Every detail was well planned from the fine decor to the movies, books, and gourmet kitchen accessories. The owner's guest book included menus from numerous restaurants, shopping maps, and activity guides which were extremely helpful in planning our stay. The fully furnished balcony had serene views of the gulf and surrounding areas, and we felt as if we had the pool to ourselves each day as we cooled off from our day's activities. The clean, sugar sand beach was a scenic, short walk from the condo as well. We enjoyed our first breakfast at the condo, and everything needed to cook a fine meal was at our fingertips. We shopped in Rosemary and ate lunch at CowGirl Kitchen (awesome chopped salad) then more shopping, beach time, pool time, and finally dinner at La Cocina (LocoRitas were fabulous). Next day we had breakfast at Summer Kitchen (amazing open-faced frittatas ), shopping in SeaSide (SunDog Books is my favorite, but all the boutique stores were fun.), lunch at Barefoot BBQ, and more shopping at Rosemary's West Indies market. We ended the day with beach time, pool time, and taking it all in from the condo's balcony. After winding down for the evening, it didn't take long for REM sleep to kick in while sleeping on THE most comfortable bed I've ever found in a vacation home. By the last day, we had to look at a calendar to remember what day it was...now that's relaxation at its finest. I have already recommended this little slice of heaven to friends and colleagues, and I am certainly looking forward to coming back one day. Thanks again to the owners of Seaglass for sharing your vacation home with us! Loved it!
