A Rooftop deck with jacuzzi puts you on top of the world in first class style. Prepare a meal in the gourmet kitchen while watching the sunset or enjoying a glass of wine on one of the two balconies with unobstructed Ocean views. The home also offers an enclosed backyard and outdoor patio for larger gatherings.
Panoramic Ocean View: View Ocean Beach Pier, Sea World, Mission Bay, Mission Beach and La Jolla Shores. This magnificent, peaceful home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, two living rooms, a dining room, a gourmet kitchen and third floor roof deck with Jacuzzi spa and panoramic ocean views.

The master suite is on the 2nd floor with a king bed, TV over a marble fireplace, and walk in closet. Beautiful marble attached private bath has a separate shower and jetted tub. Step out onto the back 2nd floor deck to enjoy an evening beverage while watching the sunset, or having that morning cup of coffee.
The other three bedrooms are located on the first floor and are very quiet. The first has a king bed and private bath with shower, this bedroom has door assess to an outside covered patio and large fenced back yard, great for kids to play in or that afternoon bocce ball game. The other two bedrooms share a large bathroom with tub-shower, one bedroom has a king bed and the other has a full size bed and shares the room with a twin. Two pac-n-play cribs are available, one king blow-up bed and 3 twin blow-up beds are available.
The house has 2 complete living rooms. The first one is located on the first floor with ocean view and large TV with surround sound system. There is a stone bar area with ice maker and small drink refrigerator. The second living room is located on the second floor with fireplace and views to get lost in. There is a computer table for that person that wants to catch up on daily emails, if they can look away from the ocean view long enough. The half bath is located on this floor. There is a sound system throughout the house.
The dining room seats 6-8 with access to a front deck with views of the ocean and Sea World’s nightly fireworks during the summer. The dining room is part of the large open area consisting of living room, dinning room, and gourmet kitchen. Nautical fixtures lend well with ocean views.
The gourmet kitchen boasts granite counter tops, two ovens, warming drawer, Wolfe range with griddle, microwave, dishwasher, subzero refrigerator, separate drink refrigerator, wine captain, commercial wok and two sinks. The kitchen has breakfast-bar seating for 3, and is fully stocked with all cooking needs. A door off the kitchen leads outside to the 2nd floor back deck with outside eating table and natural gas BBQ.
A one car garage attached to the house opens to a laundry room with washer and dryer. There is also one off street parking space for easy parking after a busy day visiting Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Balboa Park, Historic Old Town, Lego Land, San Diego Convention Center, San Diego Harbor attractions, the California-Mexico Border and don’t forget our many beautiful beaches.

Our family of 5 was looking to get away from Midwestern cold for Spring Break. The house was very clean and spacious, and homeowner Jill, was very friendly and accommodating. The location was very convenient and the views beautiful. The teenagers were able to grab lunch, skate over to the skatepark and surf all on their own. ".Coming from England for our son's wedding at La Jolla, we needed a property in the Ocean Beach area that would accomodate 9 adults & a 22 month old and be near to our son's apartment,He found this house which was ideal beyond our dreams, with so much space,every need catered for & views of Ocean Beach & beyond that you would die for ! We experienced fantastic weather for our two weeks stay and the roof top hot tub was the place to be to enjoy the evenings with a glass of wine! The house was ideally located to explore San Diego and we all enjoyed staying there.I would highly recommend this house to anyone,especially for large family gatherings.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Coming to San Diego for our daughter's wedding, we were looking for a larger home that would accommodate up to 12 guests. This home served that purpose and much more. The house was built with attention to detail and was a true pleasure to stay in. It was spotless on arrival and well maintained. There was room for all to go their separate ways - game/tv room, spa on the roof, 3 separate outdoor deck areas great for coffee drinking in the morning, or wine sipping in the evening, or if we wanted to be together a great conversation area with a fireplace and great chairs for relaxing. The kitchen is first class, with a wok that we wanted to use but just didn't have time. The expansive views are superb! The pictures do not do this house justice. I would highly recommend this home not only for the appointment to detail it has, but also for the interaction with the owner Jill. After our busy days in San Diego, we easily found ourselves saying as we opened the front door- "boy it's good to be home".Owner response: These guests were wonderful, easy to work with and they took great care of the house, I love working with people that want to work with me. My family needed a stay-cation, as we are actually from San Diego, so we decided to rent a property in our very own hometown. We could not have asked for a more perfect, beautiful home. The pictures online don't even do this property justice. If you think the view looks good here, wait til you get there! You get a rooftop suset and then during the summer, you get to see the Sea World firework show. The kitchen is amazing and spacious. I spent most of my time laying out on the roof and hopping in and out of the spa. Jill was more than helpful and just a delight to talk to. We wanted to have a BBQ one day and couldn't figure out how to work the BBQ and she was there to help with the snap of our fingers. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone and hope to get back there one day!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Jill, Our first entire family vacation was wonderful in our first west coast vacation. With this home as the starting point, we had many enjoyable days venturing to lots of memorable family activities: beaches, parks, restaurants. Hanging at the house with kids and our grandson in the hot tub, sharing a meal around the grill while a hot game ensued at the air hockey table creating lots of memories and those fab sunsets were captured by many cameras which will surely make it to ciber space.Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: I love the beach Area and enjoy Ocean Beach. Here I am at our local beach about 5 blocks from the house. Sunsets are great, people friendly, the area is safe with life guard patrols and many beach life guard stations. The night life is fun with many good restaurants, pubs and bars within walking distance. Ocean Beach is the greatest place as far as I am concerned.

I bought this property to enjoy the beach life, after a divorce decided to share the house with others that wanted to experience the beach life.

The house offers wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean and Ocean Beach area, everytime I am in the house I feel like a princess and I want to share that experience with others. When I lived in the house my favorite room was the kitchen watching the sunset while cooking dinner in the fabulous kitchen.
