  The house was very nice and clean. It fit our needs perfectly. Close to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. Lots of things to do. We really enjoyed the pool also. Randy was great to work with...very friendly and accommodating. Our stay was wonderful! A "must stay again" house!

  We were so pleased with our stay at Sweet Tea! Randy was so kind and accommodating. The house is spacious and roomy, beautifully decorated and well taken care of. The location is perfect. Only a minute and a half walk from the beach in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to Myrtle Beach and many attractions. Thank you for a very fun and memorable vacation! We look forward to going back.

  We had a wonderful experience at Sweet Tea. Short walk to beach which was great. I hope my family will long remember this vacation. I'm ready to book for next year!

  My family and i go to the beach every year . we have a big family with 6 kids it's hard to find a good place to stay for a week , staying here was just like a home away from home. it has everything you need and more. Randy was great to work with. we liked it so much we are going to stay again.

  We discovered Sweet Tea last year and loved it so much, we had to come back again! The owner is very easy to work with and made our experience a true vacation. Sweet Tea has all of the amenities of home, a gorgeous pool, and is so close to the beach. We look forward to future summers at this property.

  Our family had a great vacation stay at Sweet Tea. Randy (owner) made it very easy every step of the way. The description of the property does not do it justice. The house is wonderful and spacious. The private pool was an absolute hit with the kids!!!! We give this property our highest recommendation...it has it all.....we will definitely be back.

  My family always spends a week at the beach every summer and this was the fifth house we have stayed in. Everything was wonderful! The house was spotless, the kitchen was stocked with every cooking utensil you could think of, there was plenty of room and the pool was amazing! Randy was wonderful to work with and responded to every question promptly. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I would recommend this house to everyone - you will not regret it! Only wish I could win the lottery and buy it!

  Working with the owner of this property was a delight and a pleasure. Traveling from several states away to a new destination and never renting from an individual was a little scary to say the least. Our experience was great in every way. We loved the house, the distance to the beach and the area all around. We appreciated the information that was given to us about the area and found everyone to be very helpful to us. Very Family Friendly.

  Sweet Tea was an excellant choice for our vacation. My husband and I stayed here with our "traveling buddies" and had a great time even tho the weather didn't cooperate! Plenty of room and very clean! Everything we could ask for and more. . .would love to come again!

  This is a great house to rent. Randy is very easy to work with and extremely friendly. I appreciate all the recommendations and the personal call . The rooms are large and comfortable. My 5 month old grandson was able to maintain his normal schedule. Thanks for setting up the crib . It was perfect. The house was clean and well maintained. The pool was the best. We really enjoyed our week and cant wait to return again. The pictures are great but there is so much more to the house.
