TESTIMONIAL:
"I spent 4 short days in Manuel Antonio but I came home relaxed as if I had been away for weeks! Manuel Antonio Estates is beautiful with great amenities and excellent customer Service. We had two iguanas that hung out in the porch. They were beautiful to watch. I never did see the monkeys but we did hear them. I loved waking up early and sitting looking out at the breath-taking view through the wall to wall glass windows. I could hear innumerable birds and also the monkeys. I am a morning person so that was perfect for me.
The house was very well equipped with all I needed in the kitchen. My son loved the pool and the Jacuzzi. I recommend the Raindrop Spa. The massages, wrap and pedicure were excellent!
Wish I could have stayed longer. Now I want to buy a property at Manuel Estates!" - Peggy Rios.

Why the Owner Chose Quepos
Because of its ideal location, situated just in between the two towns of Quepos and Manuel Antonio. Here, I am within walking distance from the grocery stores, pharmacies, bars and restaurants of Quepos, and the Manuel Antonio National Park and public beaches are just a ten-minute bus ride away! It is a perfect place for family vacations and there is enough night life to keep the younger crowds interested as well. And because Manuel Antonio offers immediate access to both rainforest/mountains and ocean/beach, there is an unlimited number of activities to do in the area-- ideal for my active lifestyle.
